Il week-end adatto a chi volesse staccare veramente dalla quotidianità e coniugare la conoscenza dell’Ogliastra e della sua enogastronomia.

14.30 partenza da CA passando da Sennorbì-Sadali
14.45 incontro c/o SS131 dir.SS, dopo Monastir e prima di bivio x Ussana
15.15 breve sosta al lago del Medio Flumendosa
16.00 Escursione NW “Borgo dei Carbonai” (2h)
18.00 Termine escursione con NW By Night
19.00 Arrivo a Seui, sistemazione alloggi e visita libera
21.00 Cena tipica con prodotti km0 (prosciutto e salumi, culurgiones, form.arrosto, cruditè, frutta, pani, vino & acqua)
23.00 …..buona notte!

09.00 Partenza x Montarbu, con soste fotografiche
10.00 Escursione NW “Rio Ermolinos” (2h30′)
12.30 Pranzo agreste c/o tavoli casermetta di Montarbu (in caso di maltempo, rientro a Seui x pranzo c/o ns. struttura)
15.30 Partenza verso Cagliari passando da Escalaplano
16.30 (facoltativa) Sosta per Escursione NW “Is Pranus” (1h)
18.00 o 19.00 Rientro a Cagliari

E’ ovviamente possibile partecipare ad una singola o a più attività!

Tutto questo sarà reso possibile dalla collaborazione tra alcune Associazioni Sportive sarde aderenti al Progetto “Nordic Walking Sardegna” (es.l’Associazione Sardinia Is Life) e la società Lugori Scarl, operatore leader nel turismo attivo e culturale

COSTI
Il costo complessivo sarà di:
Nordic Walker Abbonati 60,00 euro e due ticket escursioni per ogni partecipante;
Nordic Walker non abbonati 80,00 euro per ogni partecipante;
Non Nordic Walker 85,00 euro e per tutti gli altri amici partecipanti (ono previste riduzioni per i gruppi).

18.00 End By Night tour with NW
19.00 Arrival in Seui , housing accommodation and free visit
21.00 Dinner with typical products km0 ( ham and salami, culurgiones , form.arrosto , raw vegetables , fruits, breads , wine & water)
23:00 ….. good night!

12.30 Lunch rural c / o tables barracks Montarbu (in case of bad weather , return to Seui x lunch c / o ns . Structure )

The total cost will be :
Nordic Walker Subscribe 60,00 EUR ticket and two trips for each participant ;
Nordic Walkers Non-subscribers 80,00 € for each participant ;
Not Nordic Walker and 85,00 € for all other participants Friends ( ono discounts for groups).
