8:45 am departure to Ingurtosu and transfer of the car in Piscinas;
9.30 muscle warming
9:45 am Start hike and visit the village of Ingurtosu, Pozzo Gal, Pireddu mines, washery Lord Brassey;
13.00 lunch break in the locality Scioppadroxiu;
14.30 dunes of Piscinas;
16.00 Piscinas beach.
