Buggerru nasce come villaggio minerario ed oggi si propone come affascinante centro turistico.

Il 29 giugno si celebra la festa patronale (S. Giovanni). Attrazione estiva del paese che comprende la suggestiva processione a mare per finire, in tarda serata, con la sagra del pesce ed i fuochi d’artificio.

La nostra gita avrà inizio la mattina con la visita guidata all’antica villa che ospitava la dirigenza della Società Malfidano ed il museo del minatore.

Dopo la pausa pranzo, (sosta in spiaggia?) in attesa dell’inizio della sagra, visiteremo la Galleria Henry, l’andata sul trenino dei minatori ed il rientro a piedi per ammirare lo splendido panorama sulla falesia

Buggerru began as a mining village and is today a fascinating tourist center.

On June 29, we celebrate the feast of the patron (St. John). Summer attraction in the country that includes the picturesque procession to the sea finally, late in the evening, with the fish festival and fireworks.

Our tour will start in the morning with a guided tour of the ancient villa that housed the management of the Company Malfidano and the museum of the miner.

After the lunch break, (stop at the beach?) Awaiting the start of the festival, visit the Henry Gallery, the miners went on the train and return on foot to admire the splendid panorama on the cliff

Comfortable shoes are required

The share of € 25.00 includes accompaniment and entrance fees to the sites for guided tours
