THROUGH THE MYSTERIES OF HOLY WEEK CELEBRATIONS – IGLESIAS- MARCH 31 TO APRIL 3,2015
EASY TRANSFER SARDINIA is happy to invite you to take part in the organised Eastern trips to Iglesias: the city located about 60 km from Cagliari, rich in traditions and extraordinary celebrations of the Holy Week.
Each visit consists of:
• Transport from Cagliari to Iglesias and back,
• an introduction to the history of the city of Iglesias,
• the tour through its crucial temples,
• an explanation of Holy Week rites.
After the guided tour the participiants will have an opportunity to take part in the processions organised by Archconfraternity of Santo Monte of Iglesias. These Eastern events are one of the most famous, impressive and emblematic manifestations of Sardinian culture, tradition and history.

HOLY THURSDAY April 2nd 20:00
The Procession of Our Lady of Sorrows
MEETING IN CAGLIARI: 16:00
HOLY FRIDAY April 3rd 20:00
The Procession of the Descent
MEETING IN CAGLIARI: 16:00
The meeting point of each guided tour is Piazza Yenne (bus stop Città di Cagliari).
Estimated time of one guided visit in Iglesias: 1,5-2 h.
Prize per person: 38 €.
The visit will be conducted in English by a trained tour guide with a professional licence pending to be granted

*The visit will be organised if the number of participants is at least 5. In other case the reimbursements of the costs are guaranteed. The Facebook participations in the event will not be considered equal to the reservations.
