To mark the 75th anniversary of the death of Antonio Gramsci, the Association of Sons of Art Medas, hosted by the Theatre Company “Sa Lantia”, a show dedicated to this great man from Sardinia, in order to tell the Life, Works, The Hopes , The Wishes and the Sacrifice.
22:00 to Thursday, August 9, at the Multipurpose Sports Field in Via Nazionale (Rio Murtas Narca), the music and words of the artist Andrea Congia Actor Gianluca Medas return freshness and color to the intellectual youth of Ales in an attempt to show how the works of every great man born with a strong passion and by the burning desire to achieve something great, at the cost of immense sacrifices.

Intellectual bright, lively, innovative and very acute, Gramsci was able, despite the adverse problems of life which made him a hero, to carry out his research in many fields of culture, developing a great sensitivity to the issues most dangerous and demanding of his time , especially the analysis of cultural and political structure of society, and distortions from which it was affected. This dedication to his attention and earned him the freedom and then health, bringing it quickly to death.
His was a path, however, already started by the youth, and the tenacity with which he carried on his ideal that emerged already at school age: the Sacrifice begins where it begins to study the Desire, the Will to grow, improve, learn, despite the troubled conditions in which he stood.
Exactly on this particular aspect of his life and his works will be focused Storytelling Gianluca Medas: helped and completed his tale from the soundtrack recreated by Andrea Congia Musician, Actor Cagliari will trace the early stages of the life of Antonio Gramsci, the first crooked and painful, sustained by a great love for the Knowledge and even more for the Man, will the young Sardinian become an important figure of the twentieth century, the value of which is universally recognized.
Desires and aspirations of one of the most translated Italian authors and studied in the world.
