The Proloco and the City of Segariu organize:

“The Ways of the Grain ….. Follow the ear “
Open from 9.00 am Ovens: Visit to the houses where you can attend and participate in the activities of bakery and pasta and desserts with the use of durum wheat in Sardinia. Will be given to all visitors a map with the route to follow.
Open houses involved in ‘event will be marked by three ears exposed door.
11.30 am Mass at the Church of St. Anthony of the country in 1200, in which it is possible to visit the sacred well.
13.00 Taste of Wheat: In the park of St. Anthony, tasting of the Sardinian durum wheat.

14.00 Words on wheat: Information measures by industry experts on the chain of durum wheat in Sardinia.
15.00 Open Ovens: Shooting of the tour to the open houses.
