THE SARDI AT THE TIME OF NURAGHI – CAGLIARI – POETTO – LANTERNA ROSSA- 22 AND 29 AUGUST

The University Institute Sardo for the Three Age, in collaboration with the Consortium Poetto Services, organized at the bar The Red Lantern at the 5th stop CTM Poetto a series of weekly meetings devoted to the history of Sardinia. The first two meetings in the program, the speaker will be historian Pierluigi Montalbano, will have as its theme “The Sardinians at the time of Nuraghi” are set for Wednesday, August 22 (the Nuraghic), and Wednesday, August 29 (the navigation at the time of nuraghi).

Sergio Mascia, President of the Consortium that coordinates the activities of small bars Poetto, stressed that the collaboration with the Institute for the Three Age Sardo constitutes a significant initiative which, after the difficult start of the season because of the known facts about asbestos, contributes not only to revive the image of the assets and activities of its associates, but also gives people a diversification of activities focusing on the culture, in addition to the now classical music initiatives, offers a panorama of proposals to meet the most varied needs.
The initiative is part of the manifestation of the “Poetto: Sports & Village”, an event now in its 9th edition container and which is intended to qualify in terms of the cultural and tourist Poetto. The intent is to transform the coast of Poetto in a sort of large village, offering to tourists external motivation to “stay” and “come back”, thanks to events and services, sports animation characteristic of holiday villages, such example, free courses in water aerobics.
