Informazioni turistiche

Prima Luna è un moderno Caicco turco (2006) interamente in legno. Nel Marzo 2010 è stato sottoposto ad importanti lavori di manutenzione ottenendo la certificazione CE per garantire il più alto livello di qualità e sicurezza. Sempre dal 2010, Prima Luna batte bandiera italiana.
La coperta è interamente in legno (teak e iroko). Nel pozzetto centrale si trovano il banco bar e subito di fronte, due comodi divani.
A poppa, dall’ampia seduta posteriore si possono controllare le strumentazioni di bordo (GPS / Eco / Vhf / localizzatore satellitare, stereo) e le operazioni di comando.
A prua 12 lettini prendisole completano la cuscineria.
La sottocoperta è interamente in mogano.
A poppa, 2 cabine matrimoniali con bagno privato esclusivo (wc, lavandino, specchiera, doccia).

L’isola Piana è un’isola che fa parte dell’ arcipelago del Sulcis all’estremità sud-occidentale della Sardegna.
L’isola era di proprietà dei Marchesi di Villamarina che nel XVII secolo vivevano fianco a fianco a pescatori e tonnarotti; sull’isola aveva sede infatti una delle maggiori imprese storiche di pesca al tonno di quel tempo, con propri approdi e servizi; molti dei fabbricati storici dell’isola, che erano il presidio operativo e la direzione di tale impresa, sono stati ristrutturati perfettamente ed adattati a funzione residenziale, altre strutture, a costituire un complesso abitativo a forma di villaggio, completo, autonomo e moderno, sono state aggiunte in seguito.
L’Isola Piana è inoltre riserva naturalistica, fra le Specie protette spicca per bellezza ed importanza il piccolo Falco della Regina, anche noto come Falco Eleonorae (in onore della giudicessa Eleonora d’arborea), che nidifica in colonie situate poco lontane. Nidificano sull’isola invece due specie di gabbiani e alcuni passeriformi.

Isola dei Meli e capo Altano:Questo isolotto viene chiamato dai locali “Scogliu Mannu”
Vi dimorano numerosi esemplari di Cormorani e Gabbiani, tant’è vero che le rocce appaiono macchiate di bianco a causa del guano. Si allunga per 400 metri da Nord-Ovest verso Sud-Est, a circa 800 metri da Capo Altano

Porto Paglia e Fontanamare:
Poco più a sud di Fontanamare si estendono le dune, le spiaggette e le scogliere di Porto Paglia, dominate dalla struttura della vecchia tonnara.

Masua, Nebida, Porto Flavia e Pan di Zucchero
A sud di Canal Grande la Costa continua con la selvaggia insenatura di Masua, che offre uno dei più incantevoli panorami di tutta l’isola. La costa è formata da particolari rocce violacee in contrasto con il candore dei tre grandi scogli calcarei S’Augusteri, Il Morto e Pan di Zucchero.
L’insenatura di Masua si affaccia poi su Porto Flavia, dove un tempo vi era un giacimento minerario specializzato nell’estrazione di piombo e zinco.
La costa segue con grandi e spettacolari scisti rossi, tra i quali si aprono piccole spiaggette raggiungibili a piedi attraverso ripidi sentieri o in barca. Sia la costa di Masua che quella di Nebida sono le aree di maggior rilievo del Parco Geominerario e sono tutelate come riserva naturale.

Porto di Canal Grande (Grotta delle spigole)
E’ raggiungibile con difficoltà per via di terra e prende nome dalla vallecola del Rio Canal Grande (dialettale canali=canale, valle) che sbocca a mare in questo punto. E’ chiusa da un’alta e inaccessibile falesia di calcescisti paleozoici a giacitura quasi verticale, aspetto che rende il luogo quasi unico nel suo genere. Al piede della falesia si aprono numerosi anfratti e cavità. Particolarmente importante e famosa la Grotta delle Spigole, dovuta all’erosione marina e parzialmente sommersa, la cui forma ricalca pittorescamente la naturale inclinazione degli strati rocciosi della falesia (sviluppo 151 m, altezza 30 m, larghezza 5 m). Spettacolare la visione dei marosi che, spinti dal maestrale, si infrangono sull’apertura della grotta.

Tourist information

Prima Luna is a modern turkish gulet (2006) entirely of wood. In March 2010 he was subjected to major maintenance, obtaining CE certification to ensure the highest level of quality and safety. Still in 2010, Prima Luna Italian flag.
The blanket is made entirely of wood (teak and iroko). In the cockpit you will find the central bar counter and immediately in front, two comfortable sofas.
At the stern, from the large rear seat you can control the instruments on board (GPS / Eco / VHF / satellite tracking, stereo) and the control operations.
At the bow 12 sun loungers complete the cushions.
The deck is made entirely of mahogany.
Aft, 2 double cabins with private bathroom exclusive (toilet, sink, mirror, shower).

The island Piana is an island that is part of the ‘archipelago of Sulcis at the south-western Sardinia.
The island was owned by the Marquis of Villamarina in the seventeenth century lived side by side to fishermen and tuna fishermen, the island was based in fact one of the largest historical tuna fishing of that time, with its harbors and services, many of historic buildings on the island, who were overseeing the operation and direction of the company, have been renovated and perfectly adapted to the residential function, other structures, to form a housing complex in the form of a village, complete, self contained and modern, have been added later.
The Isola Piana is also a nature reserve, between the protected species stands out for its beauty and importance of the small Eleonora’s Falcon, also known as Falco Eleonorae (in honor of being Eleanor of arborea), which nests in colonies located little far away. Nest on the island instead of two species of gulls and some passerines.

Isola dei Meli and head Altano: This island is called by locals “Scogliu Mannu”
We dwell numerous specimens of cormorants and gulls, so much so that the rocks appear stained white because of the guano. It stretches 400 meters from north-west to south-east, about 800 meters from Cape Altano

Porto Paglia and Fontanamare:
Just south of Fontanamare extend dunes, beaches and cliffs of Porto Paglia, dominated by the structure of the old tuna.

Masua, Nebida, Porto Flavia and Sugar Loaf
To the south of the Grand Canal Costa continues with the wild creek Planusartu, which offers one of the most beautiful views of the island. The coast is formed by special rocks purple in contrast with the whiteness of the three large limestone rocks S’Augusteri, The Dead and the Sugar Loaf.
The inlet of Planusartu faces then Porto Flavia, where once there was a mining operation specializing in the extraction of lead and zinc.
Follows the coast with large and spectacular red shale, among them there are small beaches reachable on foot through steep paths or by boat. Both the coast of Planusartu than that of Nebida are the areas of greatest Geological and Mining Park and are protected as a nature reserve.

Port of Grand Canal (Cave of the bass)
It ‘reached with difficulty by land and takes its name from the small valley of the Rio Grande Canal (dialect channel = channel, downstream) which flows into the sea at this point. E ‘is closed by a high and inaccessible cliffs of Paleozoic schists into the bed almost vertical, which makes the place look almost unique. At the foot of the cliff you will find several crevices and cavities. A particularly important and famous Cave of the sea bass, due to marine erosion and partially submerged, whose form follows picturesquely the natural inclination of the rock layers of the cliff (development 151 m, height 30 m, width 5 m). Spectacular view of the billows, who, driven by the mistral, crashing on the opening of the cave.
