Su Carruzu a s’antiga”è in programma per domenica 3 febbraio e le sfilate allegoriche di domenica 10 e martedì 12 febbraio.

Questo è anche quanto concordato durante l’incontro tenutosi lunedì 21 gennaio u.s. in Comune, con la Proloco e con un rappresentante e portavoce dei “Carristi”.

Nell’occasione, oltre a definire il programma relativo a “Su Carruzu a s’antiga” si è cercato di capire se vi erano già dei carri in allestimento, proprio perché a differenza degli anni scorsi non si era a conoscenza di alcun preparativo. In passato già dal mese di dicembre si aveva notizia dell’organizzazione di carri e di gruppi mascherati e gli interessati si rivolgevano in Comune per prevedere degli incontri utili alla programmazione.

Durante l’incontro tenutosi in Comune si è ovviamente concordato che comunque il Carnevale Ghilarzese non si può e non si deve interrompere, deve essere un’occasione di divertimento e di piacere per tutti, partecipanti e spettatori. La nostra manifestazione carnevalesca è bella perché completa, composta dalla parte tradizionale e da quella allegorica.

L’organizzazione delle due sfilate della domenica e del martedì vedrà uniti il Comune di Ghilarza, la Proloco e i “Carristi”. Il Comune concederà i permessi per le sfilate composte da carri o da gruppi mascherati.

Sarà presente con la Polizia Municipale e la Compagnia Barracellare, si farà carico delle spese relative a SIAE e stampa dei cartelloni in tipografia, è disponibile a noleggiare un Service per la musica ed eventualmente, se si volesse, di un D.J. per concludere le serate in piazza e ballare tutti assieme. Se i “Carristi” unitariamente decidessero sulla presenza, seppur tardiva, di eventuali carri, saranno coperti i costi assicurativi. La Proloco curerà anche l’organizzazione della favata e della zippolata da offrire a tutti i partecipanti ed ai presenti.

Un aspetto deve essere chiaro a tutti. Sarà, necessariamente, una manifestazione più sobria. Tutte le attività e i sostegni alle manifestazioni, da diverso tempo hanno subito un forte ridimensionamento con risorse dimezzate. Il periodo è di grande difficoltà e la nostra realtà ghilarzese non è diversa, purtroppo.

Quotidianamente, dagli organi d’informazione si apprende che in tantissime realtà, dove il Carnevale ha sempre avuto una forte connotazione, a Marrubiu, Samassi, San Gavino Monreale e Tortolì solo per citarne alcune, quest’anno l’evento verrà svolto in tono minore e con poche risorse a disposizione. Gli stanziamenti messi a disposizione negli anni scorsi dal Comune per il Carnevale Ghilarzese, oggi rappresentano un privilegio che non ci si può più permettere. Anche se obbligatoriamente con minori risorse, siamo convinti che anche quest’anno si riuscirà a fare un buon carnevale e di grande divertimento.
