Si terrà sabato 6 settembre a Cagliari, con raduno alle ore 18 in piazza San Bartolomeo, la visita guidata alla scoperta delle grotte, dalla preistoria alle grotte rifugio del XX secolo organizzato dalle associazioni Ambiente Sardegna e Sardegna Sotterranea. Un percorso che si preannuncia con le sue imperdibili novità: verranno illustrate le preesistenze lasciate dalla civiltà cagliaritana nelle cavità sotterranee del colle. Grotte e ripari sotto roccia che verranno illustrate per l’occasione, soffermandoci per mostrare, strada facendo, chi erano i primi abitatori di Cagliari. Di cosa si cibavano, che aspetto avevano e come trascorrevano il tempo?
Domande alle quali verranno date puntuali risposte.
Vedremmo anche come in epoca moderna l’uomo ha utilizzato le grotte, non solo come rifugio ma anche per estrarre il materiale da costruzione.
Un viaggio nel tempo, utilizzando i vecchi sentieri inediti che gli abitanti si S.Elia calpestavano per andare alla spiaggia di Calamosca.
