Biennale Sarroch diVino , dedicata alla degustazione dei migliori vini Sardi, a Sarroch si rinnova l’appuntamento tanto atteso,

13-14 Settembre 2014 presso l’incantevole ed elegante villa Siotto.

Le protagoniste in questa edizione saranno etichette selezionate, provenienti da tutta l’isola.

Le degustazioni si terranno dalle ore 20:30 in poi sia il 13 che il 14 settembre 2014.

Entrambe le serate dalle ore 18:00 con la collaborazione della F.I.S.A.R. si terranno “laboratori di degustazione”, nei quali gli iscritti potranno apprezzare le proprietà di alcuni vini presenti all’evento.

In contemporanea le pertinenze della Villa saranno animate da un centinaio di espositori, grazie all’evento Arti & Mestieri Sardi, degustazioni di vario tipo, inoltre l’intrattenimento non mancherà.
Dalle ore 20 e 30, saranno presenti le più importanti cantine sarde e nazionali. Ingresso gratuito con consumazione facoltativa a pagamento che comprende degustazioni, sacca e calice.

Durante l’evento sarà possibile visitare la Villa Siotto.

La location: la Villa Siotto

Villa padronale realizzata agli inizi del Novecento in posizione dominante rispetto all’abitato di Sarroch. Circondata da un vasto parco, è stata recentemente restaurata assieme agli edifici dove un tempo erano le scuderie e i depositi dei prodotti agricoli. E’ destinata ad ospitare il Museo delle Arti e Tradizioni contadine. Edificio di rappresentanza del Comune, attualmente ospita mostre d’arte e convegni.

Cos’è la F.I.S.A.R. ? Federazione Italiana Sommelier Albergatori Ristoratori si e’ costituita a Pisa nel 1972. L’Associazione ha ottenuto il riconoscimento della personalità giuridica con D.P. di Pisa n. 1070/01 Sett. I del 9 maggio 2001. Non ha fini di lucro ed il suo scopo principale è quello di diffondere e valorizzare la cultura enologica attraverso la promozione di attività di qualificazione professionale della figura del Sommelier nell’àmbito della gastronomia tradizionale e del turismo enogastronomico.

The protagonists in this edition will be selected labels from all over the island.

The tastings will be held from 20:30 onwards is the 13 that September 14, 2014.

The location: the Villa Siotto

Manor house built in the early twentieth century in a dominant position overlooking the village of Sarroch. Surrounded by a large park, was recently restored along with the buildings where once there were stables and storage of agricultural products. E ‘used to house the Museum of Arts and Traditions peasant. Representative building of the municipality, currently hosts art exhibitions and conventions.

What is F.I.S.A.R. ?
