A Sardara il turismo parte dall’ABC
Il fine settimana del 6, 7 e 8 giugno a Sardara si punta su Ambiente, Benessere e Cultura con un ricco palinsesto di attività legate al tema del vivere sostenibile e del viaggiar lento.
Sardara, uno degli otto “Borghi di Eccellenza” della Sardegna, si apre ai visitatori proponendo visite guidate nei luoghi della cultura, degustazioni di prodotti tipici locali e momenti di relax alle terme. Non solo. Il paese più ecosostenibile d’Italia 2014, ospita quest’anno la seconda edizione della Bio-Festa con tanti laboratori di pratiche eco-sostenibili e ovviamente cibi biologici a km zero.

L’evento centrale sarà l’inaugurazione dell’Area Sosta Camper, un mezzo di trasporto che nell’immaginario comune è legato proprio al turismo on-the-road a contatto con la natura.

Qedora si occuperà di alcuni laboratori UniSF (molti di voi di sicuro conoscono il progetto Su Tempus Torrau e tutte le iniziative ad esso legate) e della Biofesta, che è alla sua seconda edizione.

La Biofesta è un momento di promozione e valorizzazione delle tradizioni e della creatività locale, in cui l’ecosostenibilità, il rispetto dell’ambiente e degli antichi saperi diventano un modo per affrontare il momento di crisi che la nostra società sta vivendo. Quandosi parliamo di Decrescita, ci riferiamo proprio a questo.

Ci piace pensare alla Biofesta come una piccola fiera dove i produttori ed i creativi locali diventano dei rappresentanti del nostro territorio e delle sue ricchezze: sono gradite quindi specialità enogastronomiche, oggettistica e artigianato.

In Sardara the tourism part of the ABC
On the weekend of 6, 7 and 8 June in Sardara you are betting on Environment, Health and Culture with a full schedule of activities related to the theme of sustainable living and Travelling slow.
Sardara , one of eight ” villages of Excellence” of Sardinia, is now open to visitors by offering guided tours to the places of culture , tasting of typical local products and relax at the spa. Not only that . The most eco-friendly country of Italy in 2014 , is home to this year’s second edition of the Bio- day event with many laboratories of environmentally sustainable practices and of course organic foods at zero km .

The main event will be the unveiling of the Area Camper , a means of transport in the popular imagination is related to its tourism on- the-road contact with nature.

Qedora will take care of some laboratories UniSF ( many of you surely know About Tempus project Torrau and all the initiatives related to it ) and Biofesta , which is in its second edition .

The Biofesta is a time for promotion and enhancement of local traditions and creativity , where environmental sustainability , the environment and ancient knowledge become a way to address the current crisis that our society is experiencing. Quandosi talk about degrowth , we mean just that.

We like to think of Biofesta as a small fair where local creative writers and become the representatives of our country and its riches are so like food and wine , gifts and crafts
