Sabato 26 luglio dalle 19:30 in Piazza Demontis inizierà la degustazione e potrete assistere anche alla lavorazione del formaggio e della ricotta fatti artigianalmente.
Il menù sarà così composto:
Malloreddus in brodo di pecora
Pecora in cappotto
Pecora in umido
Formaggio
Pane
Vino e acqua….
