SAGRA DELLE CILIEGIE 2014 A BURCEI E PASSEGGIATA ALLA SCOPERTA DEL CERVO SARDO – DOMENICA 1 GIUGNO 2014CHERRY FESTIVAL 2014 IN BURCEI AND DISCOVERING THE SARDINIAN DEER – SUNDAY JUNE 1,2014

Il 1 giugno Burcei si colora del rosso intenso delle sue gustose e grandi ciliegie che vengono offerte in degustazione nelle bancarelle allestite lungo le strade del paese.
Un frutto dolce, dal retrogusto leggermente acidulo, più grande rispetto alle altre ciliegie dell’Isola, estremamente dissetante, che cresce su un territorio storicamente votato alla sua coltivazione e che ne ha fatto il suo simbolo.
In occasione della sagra tutto il paese mette in mostra anche gli altri loro prodotti tipici, come i prelibati funghi, dolci, cibi tradizionali, vini e il suo artigianato tipico.
Ma non solo! L’evento diventa un’ottima occasione per riscoprire le bellezze più tipiche del territorio, come il Cervo Sardo, creatura di rara bellezza che abita alcuni bellissimi luoghi, tra cui il Parco dei Sette Fratelli.

Il costo è di 39 euro, che comprende:
– visite guidate
– pranzo con menu tipico presso l’agriturismo Monte Cresia
– copertura assicurativa per tutta la durata del percorso

E’ anche possibile, su richiesta, usufruire del servizio di transfer garantito mediante autobus privato riservato ai partecipanti. In tal caso la quota è di 59 euro con partenza da Cagliari o Quartu in autobus.

Il menu tipico presso l’Agriturismo Monte Cresia prevede:

- serie di antipasti misti:
tagliere di salumi e formaggi
melanzane grigliate
frittelle di funghi e zucchine
lenticchie con pancetta

- ravioli con ricotta

- pecora al cappotto

- frutta

vino, acqua

PROGRAMMA

ore 10.30: ritrovo a Maidopis, presso la Stazione Forestale Campu Omu (Burcei), SS 125. Passeggiata naturalistica guidata alla scoperta del cervo sardo e visita al Giardino Botanico e al Museo del Cervo.
ore 12.00: spostamento presso l’agriturismo Monte Cresia.
ore 12.30 circa: sistemazione in agriturismo per il pranzo
ore 15.00: spostamento per il centro del paese e visita dei giardini di ciliegio.
ore 16.00: inizio della sagra e passeggiata libera tra gli stand e le botteghe artigianali.

Per partenza da Cagliari o Quartu:
ore 08.30: ritrovo presso l’Hotel Mediterraneo, in V.le Diaz.
ore 08.45 circa: arrivo a Quartu, pressi Supermercato Le Clerc
ore 10.30: arrivo a Maidopis. Passeggiata naturalistica guidata alla scoperta del cervo sardo e visita al Giardino Botanico e al Museo del Cervo.
ore 12.00: spostamento presso l’agriturismo Monte Cresia, dove.
ore 12.30 circa: sistemazione in agriturismo per il pranzo
ore 15.00: spostamento per il centro del paese e visita dei giardini di ciliegio.
ore 16.00: inizio della sagra e passeggiata libera tra gli stand e le botteghe artigianali.
ore 18.30: raduno dei partecipanti per la partenza.
Rientro a Cagliari previsto per le 19.30 circa

On the occasion of the festival across the country also showcases their other typical products, such as mushrooms , sweets, traditional foods , wines and its traditional crafts.
But not only that ! The event is a an excellent opportunity to rediscover the beauty of the region’s typical , as the Sardinian deer , a creature of rare beauty that inhabits some beautiful places, including the Parco dei Sette Fratelli .

12.00: Moving at the farm Mount Cresia .
12:30 about : accommodation in farmhouse for lunch
15.00: Moving to the center of the village and visit the gardens of cherry .
16.00 : start of the festival and free walk through the stands and craft shops .

For departure from Cagliari and Quartu :
08.30 : Meeting at Hotel Mediterraneo , in Viale Diaz.
approximately 08.45 am : Arrival in Quartu , Supermarket near Le Clerc
