L’Associazione Coro Polifonico Boxis Nodias in collaborazione con il Comune di Siliqua , e con il “Comitato per la Valorizzazione ed il Recupero degli Antichi Mestieri” , e l’Associazione “Sa Biga” , di Sisini, organizza per le giornate del 10 e 11 Maggio 2014, nei locali dell’ Esagono Comunale di Via Oslo a Siliqua, una manifestazione dedicata al pane e ad altre Bontà! Venite ad assaporare i sapori di una volta!!! Vari tipi di pane, pizze bianche , sa Fregua, focacce…e per i più golosi..Crepes al cioccolato e fatti fritti!! Non perdetevi i laboratori didattici di esperte Maestre che vi mostreranno e guideranno passo per passo alla scoperta dei metodi della lavorazione del pane cotto nel forno a legna!!! Ma non solo..tanti laboratori dedicati ai mestieri di una volta….affundai su scannu..la lavorazione dei cestini…della pietra..la fattoria didattica..e tanto altro!
