La Proloco di Sardara, il Comitato po Sa Festa de su Binu Nou, le associazioni e i produttori locali di vino organizzano anche per quest’anno Sa festa de su binu nou.
Il centro storico di Sardara, a partire dalla mattina del 8 Dicembre, si animerà di colori, di suoni e di profumi dei prodotti enogastronomici del nostro territorio.
Alle 10.00 vi sarà l’apertura de Is Paradas e de Is Pratzas del centro storico con mostre di costumi, antichi mestieri, attrezzi della cultura contadina. Per tutto il percorso sarà possibile degustare il vino rinomato dei produttori locali che lo offriranno ai visitatori per tutta la giornata.
Alle 10.30 ci sarà la Rappresentazione del libro “100 modi per cambiare vita” di Alfredo Meschi.
Alle 11.30 partiranno i giochi per Bambini.
Dalle 12.30 sarà possibile acquistare il pranzo al costo di € 5,00 a base di Malloreddus alla campidanese, Cixiri cun petza de proccu, e petza arrrustida.
Alle 15.30 ripartono i Giochi per Bambini.
Per tutto il pomeriggio ci sarà animazione con i balli dei Gruppi Folk locali, le Launeddas, musiche natalizie a cura della Banda musicale ed esibizione degli allievi della scuola di ballo.
Per tutta la giornata sarà possibile visitare la mostra di Quadri dell’artista Paolo Atzori presso Casa Pilloni, e il Museo Archeologico curato dalla Coop. Villa Abbas.
Il vino sarà il protagonista della giornata presente in ogni angolo del percorso.

The old town of Sardara , starting from the morning of December 8 , will come alive with colors, sounds and scents of the food and wine of our territory.
At 10.00 there will be the opening of Is Paradas and de Is Pratzas of the historic center with exhibits of costumes, ancient crafts , tools of peasant culture. Throughout the course you will be able to taste the renowned wine from local producers who offer to visitors throughout the day .
At 10.30 there will be a representation of the book ” 100 ways to change life ” by Alfredo Meschi .
At 11.30 am start games for children .
From 12.30 you can buy lunch at a cost of € 5.00 per basic Malloreddus campidanese , Cixiri cun Petza de proccu , and Petza arrrustida .

Throughout the afternoon there will be entertainment with dancing and the local folk groups , the Launeddas , Christmas music by the music band and performance of the students of the dance school .
Throughout the day you can visit the exhibition of pictures by the artist Paolo Atzori Pilloni at home , and the Archaeological Museum edited by Coop. Villa Abbas.
The wine will be the protagonist of the day in every corner of the path.
