“Rosso di Sera…” sarà realizzato come un percorso itinerante all’interno del Chiostro, che darà la possibilità al visitatore attraverso la visita guidata NOTTURNA di conoscere il passato di questo affascinante e misterioso luogo, di visitare la Cripta di San Domenico, di godersi la Mostra di Pittura di Michele Cara “il Matitismo” nel contempo che di degustano i Pregiati vini della Cantina del vermentino di Monti in abbinamento a prodotti tipici della tradizione sarda, per poter cosi apprezzare e conoscere l’enogastronomia isolana.

CENNI STORICI
La chiesa originale di San Domenico, costruita nel 1254 e poi rimaneggiata in stile gotico-aragonese, considerata tra i migliori monumenti della Sardegna, è stata distrutta completamente durante i bombardamenti del 13 maggio1943, si deve al frate Nicolò Fortiguerra, da Siena, congiuntamente al convento, costruito a spese del re d’Aragona Carlo V, con diploma del 1533 che lo dichiarò “chiostro regio” (F. Corona – 1896)

Una visita della Cagliari storica unitamente alla scoperta dell’enogastronomia isolana, è un’esperienza che cambia decisamente il modo di vedere la città e che meglio di qualunque altra visita guidata fa comprendere il passato e la storia di questa affascinante e suggestiva città.

È dunque una manifestazione ‘leggera’ che coniuga l’elemento storico dello spazio visitato, ad una intrigante chiacchierata con i partecipanti.

“Rosso di Sera …” will be realized as a wandering inside the Cloister, which will give visitors the opportunity to tour through the NIGHT of the past of this fascinating and mysterious place, visiting the Crypt of St. Dominic, enjoy the Exhibition of Paintings by Michael Dear, “the Matitismo” while that of Fine taste the wines of Cantina del Vermentino di Monti in conjunction with typical Sardinian products, so to be able to appreciate and learn about the food and wine of the island.

HISTORY
The original church of San Domenico, built in 1254 and then rebuilt in Gothic-Aragonese, considered one of the best monuments of Sardinia, was completely destroyed during the bombing of 13 maggio1943, you have to Fortiguerra brother Nicholas, from Siena, in conjunction with the convent, built at the expense of King Charles V of Aragon, with diploma in 1533 that declared him “the royal cloister” (F. Corona – 1896)
