VENERDI’ 25 OTTOBRE ore 20:40 Cagliari “Rifugio diVino” è un evento che si propone di divulgare e promuovere la cultura del luogo visitato, e la cultura dell’enogastronomia isolana, attraverso la visita guidata notturna al rifugio antiaereo con il particolare connubio tra Vino&Cultura.
“Una naturale informalità”, l’incontro tra cultura e i vini nel più grande rifugio antiaereo della seconda guerra mondiale della città.

Una visita della Cagliari sotterranea è un’esperienza che cambia decisamente il modo di vedere la città e che meglio di qualunque altra visita guidata fa comprendere il passato e la storia di questa affascinante città.

E proprio i segni di questo recente passato, lasciati dalle migliaia di cagliaritani che abitarono il RIFUGIO, rendono la visita ai Luoghi della Cagliari sotterranea un’esperienza unica e di grande interesse.
Una serata Suggestiva e conviviale grazie anche alle due location, la Galleria Rifugio Don Bosco e il Teatro Massimo. Visiteremo il Rifugio CON LA PARTICOLARE E SUGGESTIVA ILLUMINAZIONE A CANDELA.

I partecipanti dovranno arrivare con le proprie autoveture in Via Don Bosco (fronte salesiani)
Potete arrivare o dalla viale merello o dal viale Fra Ignazio.

Cenni storici:
Per quasi tutta la lunghezza del tunnel sono presenti panchine con funzione di sedile addossate al muro su entrambi i lati. Lungo la galleria sono presenti, inoltre, 14 vani laterali.
La galleria non nacque come rifugio di guerra durante la seconda guerra mondiale, ma si presume facesse parte di una articolata serie di percorsi sotterranei ancora esistenti, con analoghe dimensioni e caratteristiche di scavo, distribuiti lungo tutto il versante nord della città, dai bastioni di Buoncammino all’area del ex mercato di via Pola, e che furono probabilmente realizzati dai Piemontesi, all’esterno delle mura, intorno al 1700 per scopi militari: forse come vie di fuga o gallerie di contromina.L ‘ Eureka Enterprise Association presents:

HOW TO REACH THE REFUGE :
Participants must arrive with their own autoveture in Via Don Bosco ( Salesians front )
You can get to and from the boulevard or avenue merello Fra Ignazio .

A Brief History:
