Oltre un mese dedicato al sapore del mediterraneo. La Rassegna del Riccio di Mare
Bogamarì

“Bogamarì”, la rassegna dedicata al “Riccio di Mare” si articolerà in due momenti:

- un itinerario di gusto in collaborazione con gli operatori della ristorazione che per tutto il mese proporranno il tipico piatto a base di riccio
–    le degustazioni all’aperto: torna così la tradizione di assaporare il riccio di mare accompagnato da vino e pane nel luogo simbolo della Città, il Porto di Alghero

Parteciperanno alla rassegna 20 ristoranti:

Al Dieci, Al Gaudì, Al Solito Posto, Alguer Mia, Arduino, Aquatica, Boqueria, Casa Mia, Da Mirko, Il Corallo, La Botteghina, La Lanterna, La Sartoria del Gusto, Les Arenes, Mao de Plà, Movida, Plaça Civica, Regina Margherita, Trattoria Caragol e Trattoria Lo Romani.

La sagra del Bogamarí esalta il volto marinaresco della nostra città attraverso un’attività sempre viva: la pesca del riccio di mare. Un’opportunità per degustare il riccio attraverso i sapori di casa nostra, con pane e vino, esaltando la bellezza e l’unicità della nostra Città.

La sagra si svolgerà negli spazi del nuovo Mercato ittico del primo pescato (porto di Alghero), nelle giornate di sabato e domenica durante i fine settimana compresi tra il 22 marzo ed il 27 aprile, dalle ore 11.00 alle ore 14.00

Infine, a conclusione del mese dedicato al Bogamarì, il convegno “La pesca del riccio di mare (Paracentrotus lividus) nel golfo di Alghero: stato della risorsa, sfruttamento sostenibile, aspetti legislativi e sanitari’ che si svolgerà sabato 26 aprile alle ore 10.30 presso la Sala Conferenze della Fondazione META.

Bogamarì

” Bogamarì ” , the show dedicated to the ” Sea Urchin ” is divided into two stages:

- A journey of taste in cooperation with the catering for the whole month will offer the typical dish of hedgehog
– Tastings outdoor back so the tradition of savoring the sea urchin accompanied by wine and bread in the symbol of the city , the Port of Alghero

20 restaurants will participate in the exhibition :

At Ten , Al Gaudi, Al Solito Posto , Alguer Mia, Arduino , Aquatica , Boqueria, Casa Mia, from Mirko , The Coral, The village shop , The Lantern, The Tailor of Taste , Les Arenes , Mao de Pla , Movida, Plaça Civica , Regina Margherita Trattoria Trattoria Lo Caragol and Romans.

The festival of Bogamarí enhances the face of our city through seafaring activity is always alive : fishing for sea urchin. An opportunity to taste the flavors of the hedgehog through our house, with bread and wine , enhancing the beauty and uniqueness of our city .

The festival will take place in the spaces of the new Fishmarket of the first catch (port of Alghero) , on Saturday and Sunday during the weekends between March 22 and April 27 , from 11.00 to 14.00

Finally , at the end of the month dedicated to Bogamarì , the conference ” Fishing for sea urchin ( Paracentrotus lividus ) in the Gulf of Alghero : state of the resource , sustainable , legal and health aspects ‘ which will take place Saturday, April 26th at 10:30 am at the Conference Hall of the Foundation META .

Afterwards, the assignment and delivery of the prize ” The Golden Hedgehog ‘
