PROROGATA FINO AL 25 LUGLIO LA MOSTRA “DIVINITA'” DI LINO FOIS EXTENDED UNTIL 25 JULY EXHIBITION “GODS ‘” FLAX FOIS

A grande richiesta viene prorogata fino al 25 luglio Divinità, personale di Lino Fois inserita nell’iniziativa  “Appuntamenti con l’arte in Biblioteca 2”, rassegna di mostre organizzata dall’associazione culturale Hermaea Archeologia e Arte in collaborazione con la Mediateca del Mediterraneo di Cagliari. Quindici opere inedite appartenenti al nuovo ciclo dell’artista “Divinità” saranno la suggestiva cornice dell’ambiente bibliotecario. La mostra sarà visitabile gratuitamente dal martedì al sabato, dalle ore 9:00 alle ore 20:00 e sarà possibile confrontarsi con l’autore a partire dalle 18:00. Perchè per il Fois la partecipazione dello spettatore è fondamentale: il ciclo “Divinità” non vuole avere alcun legame con la teologia e la religione ma intende offrire uno spunto di riflessione per il pubblico curioso e portarlo a spaziare attivamente su un’infinità di concetti e tematiche che nemmeno si possono prevedere.
L’autore nasce a Sant’Antioco nel 1959, ora vive e lavora a Quartu Sant’Elena. Ha conseguito la Laurea al D.A.M.S. presso l’Università di Bologna con una tesi in Estetica dal titolo Teorie e poetiche dell’off camera fotografico.
Negli anni ottanta si cimenta nella ricerca nelle arti visive ed inizia ad esporre dal 2004 con una certa continuità inaugurando con la Mostra personale Falsa Riga.
Rispetto ai precedenti cicli come “Carillon” “Macchine” e “Boxes” in cui la didascalia è parte integrante dell’opera, stavolta è l’opera ad essere parte integrante della didascalia, se nelle prime il contenuto era promesso perchè le Macchine potevano risolvere i problemi, le Scatole contenere dei sentimenti, i Carillon raccontare delle favole, con “Divinità” questo patto scompare, lasciando spazio al vuoto, come, ad esempio nell’opera “Il Dio che se non ci fosse bisognerebbe inventarlo” che di fatto esiste ma nessuno lo vede materialmente.
Appuntamenti con l’Arte 2 giunge al suo secondo anno, è un progetto organizzato dall’Associazione Culturale Hermaea Archeologia e Arte.
