“Correva l’anno 100 della III era del Mondo Parallelo, e negli abissi delle terre marine di Miribet, Regina di tutti gli Oceani di Oceanisirt, tutto era bellissimo. La vita scorreva felice e laboriosa…..a  palazzo si preparava una festa a sorpresa per Miribet, in occasione del suo 345simo compleanno”.
E’ l’incipit de ‘Le Storie mai narrate di Miribet e Rinastil’,  romanzo d’ esordio nella letteratura fantasy di Deborah Cannas. Il volume sarà presentato alla stampa e al pubblico sabato 2 marzo alle ore 18,30 al Lazzaretto di Cagliari.

Pubblicato dalla casa editrice La Riflessione di Davide Zedda, il romanzo  nelle sue 174 pagine trasporta il lettore alla scoperta di Oceanisirt, una terra per metà  sommersa e per metà all’asciutto. Una sorta di Eden abitato da elfi, sirene, tritoni e personaggi fantastici, in uno scenario contraddistinto da vaste praterie di i fiori profumati e variopinti, ancora conchiglie, stelle marine, alghe, coralli e molto altro ancora dove tutto è pace, magia e amore. Pagina dopo pagina, l’universo avventuroso da Deborah Cannas si snoda tra colpi di scena, vicende d’amore, drammi e le meschinità del cattivo di turno incollando il lettore alla  storia e come prendendolo per mano lo accompagna fino all’ultima pagina.

Dopo il suo esordio nel mondo  dell’editoria nel 2010 con il volume ‘S.l.a. – Speranza Libertà Amore», la giovane scrittrice nata a Imperia il 14 ottobre del 1982 da genitori  sardi  e cagliaritana a tutti gli effetti, si cimenta con questa sua ultima fatica letteraria che vede la luce dopo ben sette anni di gestazione. Diplomata come assistente per i Servizi Sociali,  l’autrice, appassionata fin dalla tenera età di storie di fate e draghi e mondi immaginari,  trasferisce nella passione per la scrittura la sua dedizione all’impegno civile e  umanitario nei confronti dei più deboli  e di quanti soffrono di un disagio.

Deborah Cannas con il suo romanzo fantasy lancia anche un messaggio: “ I sogni non devono restar chiusi nel cassetto –  racconta –  ma essere  messi fuori, perché solo così si possono realizzare”.

Alla presentazione, oltre all’autrice intervengono l’editore, Davide Zedda e la giornalista Carmen Selis, a sottolineare alcuni significativi passi del romanzo, letti al pubblico durante la serata, saranno le note  dei brani di musica celtica eseguiti dal musicista Nicola Agus, noto e apprezzato in Sardegna per le sue esecuzioni anche con le launeddas.

And ‘the opening words of’ The stories never told of Miribet and Rinastil ‘novel’ s debut in the fantasy literature of Deborah Cannas. The book will be presented to the press and to the public Saturday, March 2 at 18.30 at the Lazaretto of Cagliari.

Published by Reflection of David Zedda, the novel in its 174 pages transports the reader to discover Oceanisirt, a land half-submerged and half dry. A kind of Eden inhabited by elves, mermaids, mermen and fantastic characters in a scenario characterized by vast meadows of fragrant flowers and colorful, yet seashells, starfish, seaweed, coral and much more where all is peace, love and magic . Page after page, the universe adventurous by Deborah Cannas winds through twists, love stories, drama and pettiness of the bad guy pasting the reader to the history and how taking his hand with him until the last page.

After its debut in the publishing world in 2010 with the book ‘Sla – Hope Love Liberty, “the young writer born in Imperia October 14, 1982 Sardinian parents and Cagliari in effect, engages us with his latest literary work that sees the light after seven years of gestation. She graduated as an assistant for the Social Services, the author, passionate from an early age with stories of fairies and dragons and imaginary worlds, moved to the passion for writing his dedication to civil and humanitarian towards the weak and those suffer a hardship.

Deborah Cannas with his fantasy novel launches a message: “Dreams do not have to remain closed in the drawer – he says – but be put off, because the only way you can accomplish.”

At the presentation, as well as the author, involving the publisher, David Zedda and journalist Carmen Selis, to highlight some significant steps in the novel, read to the public during the evening will be the notes of Celtic music performed by the musician Nicola Agus, known Sardinia and appreciated for his performances with the launeddas.
