Dopo il successo di sabato 26 e domenica 27 ottobre, Rossella Faa ed Elio Turno Arthemalle tornano in scena con “Predi Antiogu e sa Perpetua”.
Commedia dialettale ambientata a Masulla, liberamente tratta dal monologo “Sa scomuniga de Predi Antiogu” di Anonimo del 1800.
Nella prima metà dell’800 una commissione governativa viene incaricata di predisporre i dati sulle decime Sarde destinate alla chiesa (che pare siano più alte di quelle destinate al governo).
Questa novità solleva molte polemiche all’interno del mondo ecclesiastico.
Nel 1850 il vescovo di cagliari, monsignor Emanuele Marongiu Nurra, lancia una scomunica contro tale commissione governativa.
Il governo impone al prelato di ritirare la scomunica pena l’esilio,
ma lui non la ritira e preferisce ritirarsi nello stato pontificio.
il 15 aprile del 1851 esce la legge che regola le decime.
le canoniche dei grossi centri urbani non ne risentono troppo,
ma i preti dei piccoli centri rurali si trovano improvvisamente in ristrettezze economiche e, se vogliono sopravvivere, devono adattarsi alla nuova situazione e guadagnarsi il pane lavorando.
In questo contesto nasce la storia di Preidi Antiogu, Arrettori de Masuddas e nostro protagonista che, per non morir di fame, è costretto a diventare allevatore di capre e di pecore.
la prima edizione a stampa del poemetto esce nel 1879 con il titolo “famosissima maledizioni de s’arrettori de Masuddas” di mano anonima.By popular demand : Rossella Faa and Elio Round Arthemalle

After the success of Saturday 26 and Sunday, October 27 , Rossella Faa and Elio Round Arthemalle back on the scene with ” Preach Antiogu and knows Perpetua .”
Dialect comedy set in Masulla , freely adapted from the monologue ” Sa scomuniga Antiogu of Prey ” from Anonymous in 1800.
In the first half of 800 , a government commission is responsible for preparing the data intended for the church tithe Sarde (which seems to be higher than those allocated to the government ) .
This news raises a lot of controversy within the church world .
In 1850 the bishop of Cagliari , Archbishop Emmanuel Marongiu Nura, launches an excommunication against the government commission .
The government requires the bishop to withdraw the excommunication penalty of exile ,
but he does not withdraw and would prefer to retire in the Papal States .
April 15 , 1851 comes to the law governing the tithes .
