L’attività della minimaBIBLIOTECAteatrale LE MOMO, dedicata alla presentazione e alla promozione di progetti e opere artistiche, si sposta dal venerdì alla domenica per un evento esclusivo: alle ore 21,saranno ospiti della serata saranno Valerio Piccolo (cantante, musicista, e traduttore della folksinger americana Suzanne Vega) e Francesca Zanni (attrice, regista, conduttrice radiofonica, autrice teatrale, cinematografica e televisiva). I due artisti saranno presenti in Sardegna per un tour promozionale del concept album POETRY. La prima tappa sarà al Teatro Alkestis dove, oltre alla promozione dell’album, i due artisti presenteranno al pubblico anche il progetto dello spettacolo di teatro, poesia, canzone “POETRY/POESIA”.

Il concept album POETRY è la sintesi di un progetto che combina poesia e musica attraverso il tramite della traduzione.
Nove poeti/scrittori/cantautori americani hanno scritto appositamente (o ceduto gratuitamente) 9 poesie che Valerio Piccolo ha tradotto e poi musicato, trasformandole in vere e proprie canzoni italiane. Una sorta di viaggio musicale che si propone di raccontare e presentare – cantando – la nuova poesia nordamericana, attraverso le sue voci più autorevolmente giovani e contemporanee. Non solo poeti, ma anche scrittori e musicisti: dal nuovo rimare targato USA a narratori già affermati, passando per “cantantesse”/poetesse di fama mondiale.
Dall’album è stato lanciato, il 4 febbraio 2014, il singolo Ordine, tratto dalla poesia “Command” di Suzanne Vega e musicalmente scritto insieme a  Paola Turci. Dalla canzone (che vede il featuring dell’emergente cantante romana Serena Ciacci) è stato tratto un videoclip,che è una sorta di “corto” musicale scritto e diretto dalla regista e autrice Francesca Zanni, e che conta la partecipazione di attori come Ignazio Oliva, Lucia Ocone, Jacopo Olmo Antinori, Arcangelo Iannace e Antonella Attili.

Nine poets / writers / American singer-songwriters have written specifically (or otherwise disposed of free of charge) 9 Valerio Piccolo has translated poems set to music and then turn them into real Italian songs. A sort of musical journey that aims to tell and present – singing – the new American poetry, through its most authoritative voices young and contemporary. Not only poets, but also writers and musicians from the new rhyme weblog U.S. narrators already established, through “cantantesse” / poets of world renown.
From the album is launched, February 4, 2014, the single order, taken from the poem “Command” by Suzanne Vega and musically written with Paola Turci. From the song (which sees the emerging featuring singer Serena Roman Ciacci) was made into a video clip, which is a kind of “short” musical written and directed by filmmaker and author Francesca Zanni, and which has the participation of actors as Ignazio Oliva Lucia Ocone, Jacopo Olmo Antinori, Archangel Iannace and Antonella Attili.
