PIERINO E IL LUPO – TEATRO LIRICO – CAGLIARI – 4-5 APRILEPETER AND THE WOLF – LYRIC THEATRE – CAGLIARI – AVRIL 4 TO 5

Giovedì 4 aprile alle 11 e venerdì 5 aprile alle 11 ed alle 15 va in scena, al Teatro Lirico di Cagliari, una nuova ed accattivante versione di Pierino e il lupo, celeberrima favola sinfonica per bambini di Sergej Prokof’ev.

Il progetto “Pierino e il lupo: note ed emozioni da favola”, ideato ed organizzato dalla Onlus Human Arts (direttore artistico Daniele Sanna, musicista e musico-terapista), dal Centro per lo studio dei disturbi pervasivi dell’Azienda Ospedaliera Brotzu di Cagliari e dal Teatro Lirico di Cagliari, ha l’obiettivo, per la prima volta, di sviluppare le autonomie dei bimbi autistici attraverso un progetto di ricerca scientifica ed artistica. Questo progetto sperimentale, inserito nelle manifestazioni organizzate in occasione della “Giornata mondiale dell’autismo”, indetta dall’ONU per martedì 2 aprile scorso, si realizza nell’esecuzione di Pierino e il lupo che vede protagonisti l’Orchestra del Teatro Lirico, diretta da Alessandro D’Agostini, e, in qualità di narratore/burattinaio che darà vita ed azione alla favola, Mauro Sarzi, discendente da una famiglia di burattinai da cinque generazioni.

Pierino e il lupo viene rappresentata, per la prima volta, a Mosca nel 1936 e racconta la storia di un bimbo, Pierino, che con l’aiuto di un uccellino cattura un temibile lupo. Ogni personaggio è rappresentato da un tema musicale, affidato ad un particolare strumento. La voce recitante, al Teatro Lirico di Cagliari quella del narratore Mauro Sarzi, racconta la favola mentre la musica di Prokof’ev commenta ogni scena illustrando il carattere, i sentimenti e descrivendo le azioni di ciascun personaggio. Questi ultimi sono interpretati dai seguenti strumenti: flauto traverso, clarinetto, timpani, archi (violino, viola, violoncello, contrabbasso), fagotto, oboe, corni.

Il progetto cagliaritano prevede la costruzione, davanti ai piccoli spettatori, dei due protagonisti della storia, il Nonno e Pierino, attraverso i quali far esprimere le emozioni, dare vita alle espressioni del viso e lasciare libera interpretazione ai bambini.
La durata complessiva della rappresentazione è di 50 minuti circa, per una platea di 80 bambini circa a recita, eterogenei per sesso ed integrati con i bimbi diversamente abili.

Thursday, April 4 at 11 am and Friday, April 5 to 11 and 15 to be staged at the Teatro Lirico in Cagliari, a new and attractive version of Peter and the Wolf, the famous symphonic tale for children by Sergei Prokofiev.

The project “Peter and the Wolf: notes and emotions fairy-tale”, conceived and organized by the non-profit organization Human Arts (artistic director Daniele Sanna, musician and music-therapist), the Center for the Study of pervasive Brotzu the Hospital of Cagliari and the Teatro Lirico in Cagliari, aims, for the first time, to develop the autonomy of children with autism through a project of scientific research and the arts. This experimental project, included in the events organized on the occasion of “World of Autism”, organized by the UN for Tuesday April 2, is realized in the performance of Peter and the Wolf starring the Orchestra of the Teatro Lirico, conducted by Alessandro D’Agostini, and, as a storyteller / puppeteer who give life and action to the fable, Mauro Sarzi, a descendant of a family of puppeteers for five generations.

Peter and the Wolf is represented, for the first time, in Moscow in 1936 and tells the story of a child, Peter, who with the help of a bird catching a fearsome wolf. Each character is represented by a musical theme, entrusted to a particular instrument. The narrator, at the Teatro Lirico in Cagliari Mauro Sarzi that of the narrator, tells the story while the music of Prokofiev discuss each scene explaining the nature, feelings and describing the actions of each character. The latter are interpreted by the following instruments: flute, clarinet, timpani, strings (violin, viola, cello, double bass), bassoon, oboe, horns.

The project involves the construction of Cagliari, in front of the small audience, the two protagonists of the story, Grandpa and Peter, through which to express emotions, give life to the expressions of the face and let loose interpretation to children.
The total period of performance is 50 minutes, for an audience of about 80 children per performance, heterogeneous by gender and integrated with children with disabilities.
