Ancora un appuntamento da non perdere nel Centro comunale Il Ghetto, in via Santa Croce a Cagliari, tra le iniziative collaterali alla mostra Quando l’idea incontra il gesto – Arte e artigianato artistico in Sardegna. Domenica 29 settembre dalle 11.00 alle 13.00 si potrà accedere alla mostra con una visita guidata e partecipare a una dimostrazione offerta dal panificio Porta di Gonnosfanadiga, che vuole far riscoprire l’arte della panificazione e concludere la mattinata con una degustazione di pani tradizionali.

Nella Sala delle Mura i partecipanti potranno prendere parte ad un laboratorio e saranno coinvolti attivamente in ogni fase della preparazione del pane (macinazione, setacciatura, impasto con lievito madre e lavorazione). Poi, guidati dalla sapiente mano del maestro Angelo Porta, si cimenteranno nella decorazione del kokkoi cerimoniale, pane che varia a seconda dell’occasione che deve celebrare, passando per tutte le tappe della vita di un sardo, e la raccontanta meglio di qualsiasi libro.

Quando l’idea incontra il gesto nei due mesi di apertura ha avuto riscontri positivi e un buon successo di pubblico sia tra i visitatori locali, sia tra i turisti giunti nella nostra città. Il Consorzio Camù pertanto ne comunica la proroga sino a domenica 3 novembre 2013. Da martedì 1 ottobre cambiano inoltre gli orari di apertura del Ghetto, che diventano: dal martedì alla domenica, sempre con orario continuato, dalle ore 9 alle 20.

Le visite guidate alla mostra si svolgeranno in 3  turni: alle 11, alle 12 e alle 13. E’ possibile prenotarsi alla biglietteria del Ghetto al numero 070 6670190.

LA MOSTRA
Anche nella Sardegna del ‘900 le relazioni tra arte e artigianato sono diventate una cultura estetica riconosciuta. La mostra Quando l’idea incontra il gesto ospita nomi di spicco dell’arte isolana, protagonisti dell’artigianato artistico per tutto il ‘900, apprezzati fino ai giorni nostri: opere firmate da ventisette artisti distribuite in tre sezioni tematiche dialoganti fra loro e riunite attorno alla figura e all’opera di Maria Lai. Ciascuna delle tre sezioni Terra e acqua, Trame e orditi, Fili e storie si apre con un riferimento alla tradizione e alle tecniche artigianali provenienti dal passato: la panificazione, la tessitura, il cucito, tecniche che nelle opere di Maria Lai subiscono un rinnovamento radicale e acquistano un significato inedito. Oltre il richiamo turistico, l’obiettivo della mostra è quello di promuovere e valorizzare un importante patrimonio di esperienze creative, esaltando la capacità di innovazione degli artisti così da favorire la tutela della tradizione sarda.
La mostra a cura della storica dell’arte Simona Campus, è stata prodotta e organizzata dal Consorzio Camù con il contributo del Comune di Cagliari, l’allestimento nelle sale settecentesche del Centro comunale d’arte e cultura Il Ghetto è stato progettato e realizzato a cura della direzione allestimenti del Teatro Lirico di Cagliari, che ha curato anche il restyling del nuovo punto vendita del Centro

Sunday, 29 September from 11.00 to 13.00 you will have access to the exhibition with a guided tour and participate in a demonstration offered by the bakery door Gonnosfanadiga , who wants to rediscover the art of baking and conclude the morning with a tasting of traditional breads .

In the Sala delle Mura participants will take part in a workshop and will be actively involved at every stage of the bread making ( grinding , sieving, dough with yeast and processing) . Then , led by the skilful hand of the master Angelo Door, will compete in the decoration of kokkoi ceremonial bread which varies depending on the occasion that should be celebrated , through all the stages of the life of a Sardinian , and raccontanta better than any book.

When the idea meets the gesture within two months of opening has had positive feedback and a good success among both local visitors , both tourists arrived in our city. The Consortium Camu therefore shall inform the extension until Sunday, November 3, 2013 . From Tuesday, October 1 also change the opening hours of the Ghetto , which become : from Tuesday to Sunday , always with a lunch break from 9am to 20.

THE SHOW
Even in Sardinia ‘900 relations between art and craft have become a recognized aesthetic culture . The exhibition When the idea meets the gesture island is home to prominent names in the art , the artistic protagonists for all the 900 , which are appreciated to the present day : works signed by twenty-seven artists distributed into three thematic sections dialoguing with each other and together around the figure and work of Maria Lai . Each of the three sections of land and water, Textures and warps , wires and stories opens with a reference to the tradition and craftsmanship from the past : bread making , weaving , sewing, techniques that in the works of Maria Lai undergo a major revamp and take on a new meaning . Besides the tourist attractions , the aim of the exhibition is to promote and enhance an important heritage of creative experiences , enhancing the capacity for innovation of the artists as well as to promote the protection of the Sardinian tradition .
The exhibition organized by the art historian Simon Campus , was produced and organized by the Consortium Camu with the assistance of the City of Cagliari , the setting in the eighteenth century rooms of the City Centre d’ art and culture The Ghetto was designed and created by care preparations direction of the Teatro Lirico in Cagliari , who also worked on the redesign of the new store in the center
