Escursione a Punta Corongiu – Jerzu

Il torrione di Punta Corongiu è considerato il più importante tra i tacchi d’Ogliastra, monti calcareo-dolomitici, tipici di questa parte della Sardegna.

Il tacco di Corongiu si eleva in mezzo alla campagna che circonda Jerzu. Con i 1009 metri di Punta Corongiu, è il monte più elevato del territorio. Dalla cima lo sguardo spazia sino al mare e su tutti i tacchi che abbiamo già avuto modo di visitare.
Escursione dal contenuto sviluppo in lunghezza e dislivello, offre tali panorami e forme rocciose da meritare comunque la visita.

L’escursione non si può definire turistica per alcuni tratti del percorso impegnativi.

Excursion to Punta Corongiu – Jerzu

The tower of Punta Corongiu is considered the most important among the heels of Ogliastra, mountains of limestone and dolomite, typical of this part of Sardinia.

The heel Corongiu stands in the middle of the countryside surrounding Jerzu. With 1009 meters of Punta Corongiu, is the highest mountain in the area. From the top, the view sweeps down to the sea and all the heels that we have already had occasion to visit.
Hike from content development in length and altitude, offers such views and rock forms, however, to merit a visit.

The tour guide can not be defined for some challenging sections of the route.
