“Corso di avvicinamento all’osservazione del Cielo e
all’Astronomia”.

Il corso è aperto alla partecipazione di adulti e ragazzi a partire da un’età superiore ai 13 anni ed è strutturato in quattro lezioni teoriche e pratiche, della durata di 2 ore ciascuna, per una durata complessiva del corso di 8 ore.

1. Lezione: “Riconoscimento delle costellazioni”. In questa lezione si imparerà a riconoscere le principali costellazioni del cielo e a individuare oggetti astronomici visibili a occhio nudo: Luna e Pianeti. Inoltre, si vedrà come cambia il cielo notturno con il mutare delle stagioni.
2. Lezione: “Gli strumenti per l’osservazione del Cielo”. Nella seconda lezione si presenteranno gli strumenti necessari per l’osservazione del cielo: binocoli e telescopi. Si descriveranno le caratteristiche principali degli strumenti e si discuterà di come orientarsi nella scelta di uno strumento per l’osservazione del cielo.
3. Lezione: “Gli oggetti del cielo”. Nella terza lezione si presenterà una descrizione degli oggetti osservabili al telescopio: Luna, Pianeti, ammassi stellari aperti e globulari,Nebulose e Galassie. Si faranno dei cenni alle tecniche di ripresa di tali oggetti, rimandando il loro approfondimento a un corso di livello più elevato.
4. Lezione: “Osservazione del Cielo”. Nell’ultima lezione del corso si procederà all’osservazione diretta del Cielo. Si partirà dal riconoscimento delle costellazioni e si osserverà la Luna attraverso un telescopio. Infine, condizioni meteorologiche permettendo, si potrà osservare qualche oggetto del cielo profondo: ammassi aperti, ammassi globulari e nebulose. La lezione verrà svolta all’aperto in località e orario da concordare.

Costi del corso:
I costi di iscrizione sono di 100 euro per gli adulti e di 60 euro per i minori di 18 anni. Il corso verrà attivato non appena si raggiungerà un numero di iscrizioni pari a 15. Il numero massimo di ammessi al corso non supererà le 30 persone, in modo da permettere uno svolgimento soddisfacente per i corsisti delle attività pratiche di osservazione diretta del cielo.

“Course approach to the observation of Heaven and
Astronomy. “

The course is open to adults and children from age over 13 years and is structured in four theoretical and practical lessons, lasting two hours each, for a total duration of the course of 8 hours.

1. Lecture: “Recognition of the constellations.” In this lesson you will learn to recognize the main constellations in the sky and locate astronomical objects visible to the naked eye: Moon and Planets. In addition, you will see how the night sky changes with the changing seasons.
2. Lecture: “The instruments for observing the sky.” In the second lesson will present the necessary tools for observing the sky, binoculars and telescopes. We describe the main features of the tools and we will discuss how to navigate in the choice of an instrument for observing the sky.
3. Lecture: “The objects in the sky.” In the third lecture will present a description of the objects observed through the telescope: the moon, planets, star clusters, open and globular clusters, nebulae and galaxies. It will outline the techniques of recovery of these objects, leaving their course of study at a higher level.
4. Lecture: “Observation of Heaven.” In the last lesson of the course there will be direct observation of Heaven. We will start from the recognition of constellations and observe the moon through a telescope. Finally, weather permitting, you’ll see some deep sky object: open clusters, globular clusters and nebulae. The lecture will be held outdoors on location and time to be agreed.

Course fees:
The fees are 100 euro for adults and 60 € for children under 18 years. The course will be run as soon as you reach a number of entries equal to 15. The maximum number of admitted students will not exceed 30 people, so as to allow the satisfactory completion of practical activities for students of direct observation of the sky.
