Aspettando l’alba a Punta La Marmora in compagnia delle stelle cadenti

Your Sardinia Experience in collaborazione con il noto camminatore e maratoneta barbaricino Francesco Calledda noto “Zigheddu” organizzano l’escursione a Punta la Marmora per Sabato 9 Agosto.

Un’escursione verso la cima più alta dell’isola ammirando panorami mozzafiato, natura incontaminata e del buon cibo.

Escursione con guide turistiche, pernottamento in alta quota e degustazione di prodotti artigianali sardi prevede un contributo di
€ 12.00 a persona (assicurazione inclusa);

Attrezzatura da portare al seguito:
Sacco a pelo e coperte, eventuali tende per chi ne fosse in possesso, scarpe da trekking o comunque sportive. Borraccia per acqua, 1 cambio. Asciugamano, felpa, giacca a vento. Macchina fotografica, binocoli.
Ritrovo presso Aritzo (NU), piazza Bau Ponte per partenza in carovana.

– Trasporto da Aritzo vs Rifugio “Su Filariu” € 15.00 a/r (Minibus o Pullman)
– Trasporto da Cagliari vs Rifugio “Su Filariu” € 25.00 a/r
(partenza alle h.12 da Piazza Yenne, Cagliari con successiva sosta per pranzo al sacco)
– Partecipazione con auto propria libera. (costo guide e escursione obbligatorio)

Programma:
Sabato 9 agosto.
H.14.30 appuntamento ad Aritzo Piazza Bau Ponte, per partenza alle ore 15.00 verso Rifugio su Filariu in località S’Arena.
Arrivo al rifugio, parcheggio e partenza passeggiata verso il punto di stazionamento per il pernotto, “rudere ex rifugio La Marmora”.
Dopo la sistemazione zaini, prima camminata verso Punta La Marmora (1834 mslm) per ammirare il tramonto.
Rientro per la cena con degustazione prodotti artigianali tipici barbaricini.
Presentazioni di libri, musica e momenti di convivialità in attesa delle “stelle cadenti”

Domenica 10 agosto.
sveglia alle 4.30 per risalire verso punta la Marmora e ammirare le luci dell’Alba.
Discesa verso rifugio principale dove ci saranno i pullman e le macchine ad aspettarci.

Degustazione comprende:
Tagliere di salumi e formaggi, pane, acqua e vino

Your Experience Sardinia in collaboration with renowned marathon runner and walker barbaricino Francis Calledda known “Zigheddu” organize the excursion to Punta la Marmora for Saturday, August 9th.

A hike to the highest peak of the island admiring breathtaking views, pristine nature and good food.

Excursion with tour guides, overnight stay at high altitude and tasting of artisanal Sardinian includes a contribution to
€ 12.00 per person (insurance included);

Equipment to bring the following:
Sleeping bags and blankets, tents possible for those who were in possession, hiking shoes or other sports. Water bottle, 1 back. Towel, sweatshirt, jacket. Camera, binoculars.
Meeting at Aritzo (NU), square Bau Bridge for departure in the caravan.

syllabus:

Saturday, August 9th.
H.14.30 appointment to Aritzo Square Bau Bridge for departure at 15:00 to Refuge on Filariu S’Arena in town.
Arrival at the shelter, parking lot and walk to the starting point for overnight parking, “ruin former refuge La Marmora.”
After placing backpacks, before walking towards Punta La Marmora (1834 masl) to watch the sunset.
Return for dinner and tasting traditional craft products barbaricini.
Presentations of books, music and moments of conviviality in anticipation of “shooting stars”

Sunday, August 10.
Wake up at 4:30 to go up to the tip of Marmora and admire the lights of the Dawn.
Descent to the main shelter where there will be buses and cars waiting for us.

Tasting includes:
Platter of cold meats and cheeses, bread, water and wine
or
Vegetarian Menu: grilled mixed vegetables and salad / fruit.
