Appuntamento 1: ore 08.30 Assemini (parcheggio supermercato IperPan sul 1° semaforo della SS 130)
Appuntamento 2: ore 08.45 SS130 Uscita Vallermosa (nell’area esterna al sottopassaggio della SP Siliqua-Vallermosa)
Attrezzatura Consigliata: abbigliamento leggero e traspirante; consigliate scarpe basse da hiking, ma sono sufficienti ginniche con suola non troppo liscia. Consigliati cappellini, occhiali da sole e crema protettiva dai raggi UV applicata prima della partenza.
Costi: Un ticket dell’abbonamento da 10 o da 5 escursioni oppure prezzo pieno 10 euro a persona

Appointment 1: 08.30 Asselby (IperPan supermarket car park on the 1st traffic light SS 130)
Appointment 2: 08.45 SS130 Vallermosa output (area outside the underpass of the SP-Siliqua Vallermosa)
Recommended Equipment: wear lightweight and breathable; Recommended by hiking shoes, but they are sufficient soled gym not too smooth. Recommended hats, sunglasses and sunscreen against UV rays applied before departure.
Cost: One ticket subscription of 10 or 5 trips or full price 10 € per person
Registration: Registration required via email / sms / phone (Manuele: 338.4592082) before 20:00 on a Saturday if possible also provide phone number, height and age of the participants
