NORDIC WALKING COURSE – QUARTU S.ELENA – NOVEMBER 24 TO 25

We are pleased to announce that registrations are open at the next Nordic Walking course to be held in St. Helens. Please note that the course is a prerequisite to participate in our many excursions and events. (Www.nordicwalkingsardegna.com)

Information pack on the course:
Nordic Walking is a physical activity safe, natural, dynamic, efficient and suitable for everyone who trains the whole body in a holistic way, symmetrical and balanced. The School Nordic Walking Sardinia is the prim … dall’ANWI authorized in Sardinia (Italy Nordic Walking Association) to teach the technique of Nordic Walking according to the official method recognized dall’INWA (International Nordic Walking Federation). The introductory course to the practice costs € 65.00 and consists of three classes (Basic, Technique 1 and Technique 2), after which you will be given a certificate of Nordic Walker dell’ANWI-INWA internationally recognized.
Will also have the opportunity to participate in free excursion that will take place on Sunday morning.

Any changes to the dates and times may be related to adverse weather conditions or in the event of failure to reach the minimum number of participants. Our courses are limited (min. 3 persons – max. 12 people).

For registration is required:
your reservation by e-mail, your name, address, telephone number (the registration form with full personal details will be completed on the date of the first lesson). Follow our e-mail confirmation with all the details of the appointment a few days before the course;

Equipment: We recommend the simple and traditional gymnastic clothing (suit, light and breathable, and sports shoes, preferably by running / walking / running trail); sticks them we have available at no additional cost.

After the course, once qualified as a Nordic Walker, can participate in all the events of the weekend.
