MUSIC BIKER FEST – SESTU – 7 TO 9 SEPTEMBER

Music, shows, entertainment and food and wine tours are the ingredients for the Music Biker Fest, an event dedicated to the world of motorcycle and not only that celebrates the eleventh edition.
The three day event includes a calendar that starts Friday, September 7 from 16: entertainment, tastings, stalls with dealers, artists and tattoo artists as well as concerts, shows and games with the pin up throughout the weekend, and closing a bike contest that reward the most beautiful motorcycle. Sunday morning program is also in the usual motorbike tour (meet at the Clubhouse of Sestu for 10), and for lovers of traditional cuisine lunch with local products accompanied by live acoustic Sergio and Andrea of Tamurita.
Organized by the Steel Roses Sardinia Motorcycle Club with the aim of creating opportunities to meet, exchange and sharing for all fans of the biker world, the event was attended by a large audience with more than five admissions recorded each year and attended by tens bands and local artists as well as names of national importance such as Pino Scotto, Africa Unite, the Rolling Gangster, clairvoyants, Extrema, Megadeth, Tamurita, Joe Perrino.
There is also room this year for the live music and evening appointments: in three days, from 19 selections rock’n’roll by Mirkow Gastow, while the 21 off the live music with twelve bands island for a proposed musical rock to punk, from rockabilly to blues.
It starts Friday 7 with the punk rock Hijackers and Looking Out, metal inspired by the eighties Svalvoline, and the band The Landlords devoted to the cover of The Police. Saturday 8 space rock Fifties The Wheelers, the hard rock of Black Perverse coming from Sassari, the psychedelic atmosphere of Sliding Doors (Doors tribute band) and Virgin Killers that draw on the repertoire of historical formations heavy metal. Sunday, September 9, in closing, Elixir Juice on stage with their metal rock, Brothers Detroit authors of an explosive mixture of funk, soul and rock, Parinthy Cowboys with a mix of country and western. Afterwards, the highly anticipated concert BillyBoys, a musical journey from the fifties between Elvis and Jerry Lee Lewis, Stray Cats and Chuck Berry.
