Mine Sports 2013
Domenica 9 giugno 2013, attorno al suggestivo Borgo di Montevecchio.

Dove Arbus e Guspini si inurbarono per sfruttare i tesori metalliferi che la natura ha donato al loro sottosuolo, domenica prossima si terrà un evento sportivo, ma anche immancabilmente culturale ed enogastronomico.

Tra le news assolute nel sito, l’orienteering: una sorta di caccia al tesoro, con mappa schematica e bussola, lanterne arancioni da trovare tra i vecchi fabbricati ed il bosco. Ancora:

il tiro con l’arco ai paglioni piazzati nel bosco;
escursioni di nordic walking su due percorsi (giù attraverso i cantieri minerari e su verso l’Arcuentu);
il primo corso di nordic walking (la oramai ben nota “palestra all’aria aperta) a Guspini;
il trekking, classico, ma in quei luoghi sempre esperienziale;
i Land Rover 4×4 Tour, per i più pigri, ma anche per chi vuole divertirsi in fuoristrada!
i percorsi museali si sono arricchiti di contenuti, fra pochi giorni disponibili.

Le attività sono pensate per divertire tutti: grandi e piccini, sportivi e non.

Il team che organizza il tutto è quello supercollaudato di LUGORI e Sardinia Is Life.

Gli operatori del territorio hanno risposto all’iniziativa con buona disponibilità e vi permetteranno di trascorrere l’intera giornata spendendo al massimo 18,00 euro per pranzare e partecipare illimitatamente a tutte le attività sportive. Ma saranno tutti contenti se andrete solo a curiosare e stare in compagnia, o approfitterete solo delle attività o del pranzo.

Anche per chi vuole già andare al mare, un occasione unica per coniugare un breve bagno a Piscinas, con divertenti esperienze in uno dei luoghi che più rappresentano la storia e l’identità dei Sardi.

Sunday, June 9, 2013, around the picturesque village of Montevecchio.

Where Arbus and Guspini inurbarono to exploit the metallic treasures that nature has given to the subsoil thereof, next Sunday will be a sporting event, but also inevitably cultural and gastronomic.

Absolute in the news on the site, orienteering, a sort of treasure hunt, with schematic map and compass, orange lanterns to be found among the old buildings and the woods. Again:

the archery at straw targets placed in the woods;
Nordic walking tours on two tracks (down through the mining sites and on towards the Arcuentu);
the first Nordic walking course (the now well-known “open-air gym) in Guspini;
trekking, classic, but in those places always experiential;
the Land Rover 4×4 Tour, for the lazy, but also for those who want to have fun off-road!
the museum routes have been enriched content, available in a few days.

The activities are designed to entertain everyone: young and old, athletes or not.

The team that organizes the whole thing is of Lugori-tested and Sardinia Is Life.

The operators of the territory have responded to the initiative with good availability and allow you to spend the whole day by spending a maximum of € 18.00 for lunch and participate fully in all sports activities. But they will all be happy if you go just to look around and enjoy company, or take advantage only of the assets or lunch.

Even for those who already wants to go to sea, a unique opportunity to combine a short bath in Piscinas, fun-packed experience on one of the places that represent the history and identity of Sardis.
