Mercoledi 4 dicembre arriva al porto di  Cagliari la nave-condominio con 165 appartamenti.

L’imbarcazione ,che si tratterrà sino al giorno dopo, si chiama “The world” e ha una caratteristica che la distingue da tutte le altre: le cabine (si fa per dire visto che ci sono appartamenti anche da 120 metri quadrati) sono di proprietà dei viaggiatori.

Al momento le “case” con vista sul mare acquistate sono circa centotrenta: c’è ancora la possibilità di comprare qualche alloggio. Anche se i prezzi non sono proprio alla portata di tutti. Così come le spese condominiali. E, a proposto di condominio, le riunioni spesso prevedono tra i punti all’ordine del giorno, prima del classico “varie ed eventuali”, la scelta dell’itinerario.

La Sardegnè stata scelta proprio dai residenti in viaggio, dopo un voto di maggioranza.
