Il Jazz Manouche nasce dall’incontro del Swing americano degli Anni ’30 e’40, dal Valzer Musette francese e dalla tradizione tzigana.
Questa magica fusione è avvenuta come evoluzione personale e percorso naturale di alcuni musicisti Gitani e Manouches il cui caposcuola fu il leggendario Django Reinhardt.

Il Trio Mambo Django è una formazione nata nel 2011 che rende omaggio a questo leggendario musicista proponendo un repertorio che va da i brani originali dello stesso passando per il valse Musette tipico della tradizione francese agli standards americani degli anni ’40, strizzando l’occhio al repertorio classico europeo e sud americano (Czardas, Apanhei te cavaquinho, Libertango ecc.)

Non mancate…..The Jazz Manouche was born from the American swing of the ’30s and ’40s, from the French Musette Waltz and the Gypsy tradition.
This magical merger took place as personal evolution and natural course of some musicians Gypsies and Manouches whose founder was the legendary Django Reinhardt.

The Trio Mambo Django is a group formed in 2011 that pays tribute to this legendary musician with a repertoire ranging from original pieces of the same through the valse musette French tradition with American standards of the 40s, winking at classical European and South American (Czardas, Apanhei you cavaquinho, Libertango etc.).
