Dopo il successo dell’evento sul formaggio di qualche settimana fa, torna da CUCINA.eat Michele Cherchi e il suo sapere sui formaggi.

Questa volta il tema della serata sarà l’aperitivo (sfizioso e di qualità, come piace a noi) rigorosamente a base di formaggio e vini diversi da abbinare. Non mancherà un piatto dalla cucina col formaggio sempre protagonista.

Si parte alle 20, questa la formula, facile facile:
3 formaggi da assaggiare spiegati da Michele,
3 vini da abbinare raccontati da Giuseppe e
1 piatto da mangiare preparato da Davide.

Completano la serata musica e chiacchiere per rendere un po’ più piacevole l’inizio settimana.

This time the theme of the evening will be the appetizer (delicious and quality, as much as we do) strictly based on cheese and different wines to match. Do not miss a plate from the kitchen with the cheese always the protagonist.

1 dish food prepared by David.
