Venerdì 12 Luglio Lino Fois ed Alessandro Sau incontrano il pubblico alla Mem

Venerdì 12 luglio alle ore 10:30 alla Mem Lino Fois ed Alessandro Sau incontrano il pubblico.  I due artisti presenteranno e spiegheranno le loro opere esposte in occasione di  “Appuntamenti con l’arte in Biblioteca”, rassegna di mostre organizzata dall’associazione culturale Hermaea Archeologia e Arte in collaborazione con la Mediateca del Mediterraneo di Cagliari.  L’iniziativa, ancora in corso, ha avuto inizio lo scorso 8 maggio con l’esposizione di Michele Greco a cui è seguita quella di Lino Fois, dal al 12 al 30 giugno, per poi arrivare alla conclusiva di Alessandro Sau, dal titolo Deltitnu, avviata il 4 luglio e che sarà possibile ammirare sino a sabato 13, gratuitamente, dal martedì al sabato dalle ore 9:00 alle 20:00.

Tre curricula di calibro eccellente grazie ai quali si ripete l’ormai consolidata collaborazione tra l’associazione culturale Hermaea Archeologia ed Arte ed il centro polivalente di Cagliari che, come nei precedenti progetti, seguono un binario comune: far parlare arte e cultura dentro le quiete mura bibliotecarie.

Un percorso che parte dalla completezza di Michele Greco, in grado di saltare con assoluta disinvoltura da una tecnica all’altra, dalla scultura alla pittura, prosegue con l’originalità e curioso spunto di riflessione delle opere di Lino Fois in cui parte integrante ed imprescindibile dell’opera stessa sono la sua didascalia e le impressioni del  pubblico.  Termina con  Deltitnu, di Alessandro Sau, una tela immensa 3Mx2M, inedita, concepita specificatamente per la MeM, l’opera che diventa essa stessa la mostra. Come ha spiegato l’artista “Per propria natura ogni Deltitnu ha un carattere notturno e vive del proprio artificio spettacolare di vuoto. E’  la messa in scena della storia e dell’ideologia Minimal annullata e contraddetta dallo stesso mezzo pittorico che la rappresenta.”

Per conoscere più da vicino Deltitnu, i riferimenti di Alessandro Sau a Martin Creed e Robert Morris, le analogie tra le “Macchine” di Lino Fois e Munari, trovare altri tanti spunti di riflessione non rimane che partecipare all’incontro di venerdì 12 luglio in Mediateca alle ore 10:30 dove gli artisti presenteranno le loro opere e saranno a completa disposizione del pubblico.Friday, July 12 and Alessandro Fois Lino Sau meet the public at the Mem

Friday, July 12 at 10:30 to the Mem Lino Sau Alessandro Fois and meet the public. The two artists will present and explain their works on display at the “Appointments with art in the Library”, a series of exhibitions organized by the cultural Hermaea Archaeology and Art in collaboration with the Media in the Mediterranean of Cagliari. The initiative, still in progress, began on 8 May with the exposure of Michael Greek which was followed by that of Lino Fois, from the June 12 to 30, then get to the final of Alexander Sau, entitled Deltitnu launched on July 4th and can be admired until Saturday 13, free of charge, from Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00 to 20:00.

Three curricula of excellent caliber thanks to which it repeats the well-established collaboration between the cultural association Hermaea Art and Archaeology and the multi-purpose center of Cagliari, as in previous projects, followed by a binary common to talk about art and culture in the quiet library walls.

A route from the completeness of Michele Greek, able to jump with absolute ease from one technique to another, from sculpture to painting, continues with the originality and curious point of reflection of the works of Lino Fois where an integral and essential the work itself are its caption and impressions of the public. Ends with Deltitnu, Alessandro Sau, a huge canvas 3mx2m, unpublished, designed specifically for the MEM, the work itself becomes the exhibition. As the artist explained, “By their very nature Deltitnu each has a character of its nocturnal and lives fireworks spectacular empty. And ‘the staging of history and ideology Minimal canceled and inconsistent with the medium of painting that represents it. “
