LINDY HOP QUARTET (Tribute to Cole Porter)
Per l’occasione il quartetto dedicherà il concerto al famoso compositore di canzoni e musiche per il Musical Americano nonché, uno degli autori più interpretati dalle cantanti di jazz come Ella Fitzgerald. Cole Porter(1891,1964), insieme a George Gershwin, Irving Berlin, Jerome Kerm e la coppia Rodgers/Harts, è considerato uno dei 5 maggiori esponenti della scena di Brodway.

For the occasion, the quartet will dedicate the concert to the famous composer of songs and music for the American Musical and one of the most widely interpreted by jazz singers like Ella Fitzgerald. Cole Porter (1891.1964), together with George Gershwin, Irving Berlin, Jerome Kerm and torque Rodgers / Harts, is considered one of the five leading members of the Broadway scene.
