Giovedi 14 novembre 2013 si terrà  il primo dei tre appuntamenti del mini festival L’ELETTRONICA INCONTRA IL JAZZ, a cura di Spaziomusica, in collaborazione con Unione AlkestisCalumet e Billy Sechi Eventi, vedrà sul palco dell’ALKESTIS31:

alle ore 21.00, con il progetto REOLADED, il gruppo NO MOS di Paolo Murgia: Dj set, Paganmuzak: laptopo e video, Perez: voce, Fabrizio Rizzu: chitarra elettrica, Pino Dolciotti: basso elettrico, Agostino Onnis: laptop

alle 22.00 il FREE TRIO con Mario Massa: tromba ed elettronica, Maurizio Marzo: chitarra e Ignazio Sechi: batteria

Il terzo appuntamento della rassegna musicale ALKESTIS 31 verterà sul tema L’ELETTRONICA INCONTRA IL JAZZ e vedrà  sul palco del Teatro Alkestis di Cagliari un doppio concerto.

Prima della musica dal vivo, però, alle ore 19.00 ci sarà l’inaugurazione della mostra “In my trees” di Michele Andrich. In my trees manifesta l’attrazione per la Modernità, ma è sempre e comunque un inno alla Montagna, ai suoi suoni e colori, dove è possibile imbattersi in stravaganti presenze umane paradossalmente affaccendate in tipiche attività della foresta, oppure soffermarsi su figure animali ironicamente antropoformizzate nei modi di agire, o ancora in relitti di macchine abbandonati in mezzo alla foresta, che in verità sembrano placidi dormienti. La mostra sarà visitabile dal 14 al 27 novembre presso il Teatro Alkestis, durante gli orari di apertura al pubblico.

Alle ore 21.00 si inizia con la musica dal vivo con il progetto RELOADED del gruppo NO MOS di Paolo Murgia (dj set), Paganmuzak (laptop e video), Perez (voce), Fabrizio Rizzu (chitarra elettrica), Pino Dolciotti (basso elettrico), Agostino Onnis (laptop).

Alle ore 22.00 ci sarà il FREE TRIO con Mario Massa (tromba ed elettronica), Maurizio Marzo (chitarra) e Ignazio Sechi (batteria).

Il  nome Alkestis31 trae ispirazione  dallo STUDIO54 di New York (1977), locale allestito all’interno di un teatro e  famoso per le sue trasgressioni, ma soprattutto luogo dove le etichette sociali  venivano a non contare più nulla, dove tutti potevano essere protagonisti.

Questo è l’obiettivo principale della rassegna: aprire lo spazio di via Loru affinché diventi, sempre di più, luogo dove il pubblico si senta partecipe e protagonista di ogni evento.

Per questo progetto l’Unione Alkestis Calumet collabora con Ignazio Sechi per la Billy Sechi Eventi, che curerà la direzione artistica del progetto, proponendo ogni giovedì i più importanti artisti di musica jazz del panorama regionale e nazionale, e con Spaziomusica che proporrà, nel mese di novembre, una mini rassegna di musica elettronico – sperimentale dal titolo EXTEND THE AUDIBILITY – SOUNDSCAPE MEMORY.

Un’ulteriore collaborazione sarà quella con Stefano Lallai, gestore del locale estivo CAYO LOCO,  che si occuperà della direzione dell’aspetto conviviale delle serate.

The third round of review will focus on the theme music ALKESTIS 31 ELECTRONICS MEETS JAZZ and will see on the stage of the Theatre of Cagliari Alkestis a double concerto .

Prior to the live music, however, at 19.00 there will be the inauguration of the exhibition ” In my trees ” by Michele Andrich . In my trees reveals the attraction to modernity , but it is always a hymn to the Mountain , its sounds and colors , where you can come in extravagant human presence paradoxically typical bustling activity in the forest, or to dwell on animal figures ironically antropoformizzate in the ways of acting , or in wrecks of cars abandoned in the middle of the forest, which in truth seem placid dormant . The exhibition will be open November 14 to 27 at the Teatro Alkestis , during the opening hours to the public.

At 21.00 we start with the live music with the project group RELOADED NO MOS Paolo Murgia (dj set ) , Paganmuzak (laptop and video) , Perez (vocals), Fabrizio Rizzu (electric guitar ), Pine Dolciotti (bass guitar ) , Augustine Onnis (laptop) .

At 22.00 there will be a FREE TRIO with Mario Massa (trumpet and electronics) , March Maurizio (guitar) and Ignazio Sechi (drums).

The name is inspired by Studio54 Alkestis31 New York (1977), housed in a local theater and famous for his transgressions, but above all a place where social labels were no longer counting for nothing , where they could all be protagonists.
This is the main objective of the exhibition : open space via Loru so that they become , increasingly , a place where the public feels participatory and protagonist of each event.
For this project, the Union Alkestis Calumet collaborates with Ignazio Sechi for Billy Sechi Events, who will be the artistic director of the project , offering every Thursday of the most important jazz artists of regional and national scenario , and with Spaziomusica propose that , in the month in November, a mini review of electronic music – experimental entitled EXTEND tHE audibility – SOUNDSCAPE MEMORY.
Further collaboration will be the one with Stephen Lallai , manager of the local summer Cayo LOCO , which will handle the direction the appearance of convivial evenings .
