2° Appuntamento con le Notti del Gusto “I Profumi di Montagna”

La manifestazione, appartiene ad una rassegna di eventi ideati per offrire ai partecipanti un percorso mirato all’attivazione dei sensi.
Durante la serata, infatti, gli ospiti sono ricevuti dal nostro personale che li accoglie all’interno della Antica Dimora selezionata per l’occasione (Villa Vivaldi Pasqua), quindi, dopo averli fatti accomodare in un tavolo a loro riservato, li presenta ed affida al wine expert, degustatore ONAV, che sarà il pilota di questo viaggio sensoriale attraverso la percezione.

Tutto è stato pensato, elaborato e predisposto per consentire ed agevolare l’attivazione dei nostri sensi,
il wine expert arriva a stimolare il Gusto suggerendo un analisi visiva ed olfattiva preliminare.
I piatti presentati, cucinati in modo semplice seguendo le antiche ricette tradizionali, esaltano le peculiarità fondamentali degli ingredienti, selezionati fra le piccole produzioni di allevatori, aziende agricole e artigianali, particolarmente attente alla qualità e alla genuinità dei loro prodotti.

In questo contesto il Vino è l’elemento principe attraverso il quale si viene introdotti in una corrente di sensazioni ed emozioni che accompagnano i cibi; in alcuni casi il vino li “sposa”, in altri crea piacevoli contrasti che procurano nuove percezioni.
(È superfluo aggiungere che la selezione dei vini in degustazione è frutto dell’esperienza dei nostri consulenti e del rapporto consolidato con le migliori Aziende isolane durante le passate rassegne del programma “ Vino & Cultura”.)

Sono questi in sintesi i fattori, gli elementi e le circostanze che concorrono a creare un’occasione unica, irripetibile, estremamente diversa dall’esperienza di una cena in ristorante. Se qui infatti, i commensali scelgono e consumano i pasti individualmente, condividendoli al massimo con gli occupanti del proprio tavolo, nelle “Notti del Gusto” l’esperienza è vissuta in gruppo, con scambi di opinioni, battute, momenti festosi ed altri più intimi, in un contesto leggero e conviviale che seppur condiviso costituisce un opportunità di sperimentazione e accrescimento individuale.

2nd Date with the Night of Taste ” The Perfume of the Mountain”

The event is part of a series of events designed to provide participants with a program aimed at the activation of the senses.
During the evening , in fact , guests are received from our staff that welcomes them inside the Antica Dimora selected for the occasion ( Easter Villa Vivaldi ), and then , after being seated at a table reserved for them , and presents them to rely the wine expert , wine taster ONAV , which will be the pilot of this sensory journey through perception.

Everything has been designed , developed and designed to allow and facilitate the activation of our senses,
the wine expert arrives to stimulate the taste suggesting a preliminary analysis of visual and olfactory .
The dishes presented , simply cooked following the traditional recipes , highlight the essential aspects of the ingredients, selected among the small-scale production of farmers , farms and crafts, particularly attentive to the quality and authenticity of their products.

In this context, the wine is the main element through which it is introduced into a stream of sensations and emotions that accompany the foods and in some cases the wine will “bride” , in other creates beautiful contrasts that bring new perceptions .
( Needless to say, the selection of the wines is the result of the experience of our consultants and established relationship with the best companies in the island’s past reviews of the program ” Wine & Culture ” . )

These are a summary of the factors , the factors and circumstances that combine to create a unique , unrepeatable , extremely different from the experience of dining in the restaurant. If here, in fact , diners choose their meals and individually , sharing at most with the occupants of your table, in the ” Nights of Taste ” experience is lived in groups , with exchanges of opinions , jokes, and other festive moments more intimate , in a light and friendly atmosphere that is even shared an opportunity for experimentation and individual growth .
