Domenica 10 novembre 2013 presso la EMA in via San Lucifero 65, il prof. Costantino Mazzanobile terrà una conferenza gratuita sull’Aloe e sulle sue proprietà.

L’incontro inizierà alle ore 10 e proseguirà fino alle ore 13; dopo una pausa pranzo riprenderà alle ore 15 per terminare alle ore 18.

Padova 31 maggio 2.000: brevetto a nome dell’Università di Padova. 1 giugno, consacrazione scientifica con la pubblicazione di un articolo, su Cancer Research. Alle spalle tre anni di lavoro, davanti altrettanto tempo e altrettanta fatica. Nota anche come pianta miracolosa o dell’immortalità, l’aloe è finita due anni fa all’attenzione di un gruppo scientifico coordinato dal direttore dell’istituto di microbiologia, il Professore Giorgio Palù e di cui fanno parte anche il Professore Modesto Carli, oncologo pediatra e la Dottoressa Teresa Pecere, laureata in Scienze Naturali e ricercatore in Biologia Molecolare. Il gruppo comincia a lavorare, e il suo “Proviamo” ha le basi in quel che dice la medicina popolare: il fatto che una pianta Aloe arborescens, Aloe vera curi i tumori. Nella pianta i ricercatori trovano una molecola. È piatta, ha tre anelli, i ricercatori sanno che in natura ogni molecola ha un ricettore, insomma serve a qualcosa.

Visto che la “medicina popolare” dice che la pianta cura i tumori, i ricercatori si armano di microscopi, provette e topi nudi (privati del sistema immunitario) e cominciano a studiare. Scelgono su quali tumori provare.

Ai topi vengono inserite cellule di neoblastoma o di altri tumori della stessa famiglia. Le si lascia replicare, poi si inocula la molecola di aloe: il risultato è sorprendente, la molecola della pianta miracolosa non tocca niente e nessuno intorno, ma disintegra la cellula tumorale: vuole dire che non è tossica se non per il peggiore nemico, il cancro.

La seconda fase è in vitro: le cellule da sottoporre all’attacco della molecola vengono prelevate direttamente dal paziente. E anche qui, non c’è via di scampo, il Professore Palu spiega: che la molecola vegetale si incunea nella cellula tumorale, ignorando tutte le altre è la distrugge in tempi rapidissimi: negli esperimenti, cicli di cinque giorni hanno dato esiti pressoché definitivi.

Tutte le altre cellule vengono risparmiate dalla molecola. La dottoressa Pecere, ricorda che questa è la filosofia mondiale di ricerca: “Una cura per ogni malattia”. L’oncologo Carli è ottimista prevede meno di cinque anni per avere il farmaco sperimentato in corsia: ritiene possibile un uso importante della molecola, vista l’assenza di tossicità, contro le recidive, e un utilizzo anche nella cosiddetta pulizia del midollo prima dei trapianti in caso di leucemie. L’aloe gioca un ruolo chiave su molti livelli diversi nell’aumentare le difese immunitarie. Come le attività biologiche dell’acemannano derivato dall’aloe sono state chiarite, è stato dimostrato che ha un potere straordinario a normalizzare tutti questi processi dannosi e perciò contribuisce in modo determinante, all’accrescimento delle funzioni del sistema immunitario.

A livello intestinale 1’acemannano, funziona come un efficace agente antiinfiammatorio che neutralizza molti degli enzimi responsabili del danneggiamento della parete della mucosa. L’acernannano ha proprietà dirette che uccidono virus, batteri e funghi che possono aiutare a controllare la crescita eccessiva di candida così che la normale flora batterica gastrointestinale può essere ripristinata. Il mucopolisaccaride acemannano stimola anche la mobilità intestinale, aiutando a muovere proteine allergeniche dall’intestino tenue e nel colon: tutti questi processi aiutano a normalizzare la struttura e funzione della parete gastrointestinale e perciò fermano il ciclo vizioso del danneggiamento del sistema immunitario.Sunday, November 10, 2013 at the EMA via San Lucifer 65 , prof. The property has direct acernannano that kill viruses, bacteria and fungi that can help control candida overgrowth so that normal gastrointestinal bacterial flora can be restored . The mucopolysaccharide acemannan also stimulates intestinal motility , helping to move allergenic proteins from the small intestine and colon : all these processes help to normalize the structure and function of the gastrointestinal wall and therefore stop the vicious cycle of damage to the immune system.
