LABORATORIO DI COSTRUZIONE E ANIMAZIONE DI BURATTINI ETNICI – MONSERRATO – 9-20 SETTEMBRE 2013WORKSHOP AND ANIMATION OF PUPPETS ETHNIC- MONSERRATO – SEPTEMBER 9 TO 20

Proseguono le attività di formazione interculturale dedicate ai più piccoli nell’ambito di MOMOTI: un teatro, un burattino e la città, il progetto della Compagnia Is Mascareddas, Arcoiris Onlus e Larus Onlus con base a Monserrato e con iniziative previste in altri diversi centri della cintura urbana cagliaritana. Sono aperte le iscrizioni al laboratorio di costruzione e animazione di burattini etnici in programma da lunedì (9) a venerdì (20 settembre) nella sede di Arcoiris Onlus (in via Genova 36) a Quartu Sant’Elena.

Il corso, gratuito e rivolto a bambini di età compresa tra gli otto e gli undici anni, è curato dalla marionettista della Compagnia Is Mascareddas Donatella Pau. L’iniziativa è pensata per promuovere “lo sviluppo di competenze in ambito culturale artistico e creativo, come occasione di crescita economica”, uno degli obiettivi del progetto sostenuto dalla Fondazione CON IL SUD attraverso il “Bando Storico, Artistico e Culturale 2011”.

Il laboratorio si articola in otto incontri: il 9 e 10, l’11 e 12, il 16, 17, 18 e 20 settembre dalle 16 alle 19.

I partecipanti, nuovi iscritti e bambini di diverse comunità radicate nel territorio, già impegnati in precedenti attività del progetto, avranno la possibilità di lavorare con materiali di recupero per realizzare marionette, figure e oggetti teatrali. La finalità del percorso formativo è stimolare nei piccoli corsisti il sentimento di appartenenza e di identificazione con le culture di riferimento. Tramite le suggestioni narrative  proposte dalla curatrice del corso saranno evocati ricordi personali o immagini caratterizzanti il paese di origine, ma anche leggende raccontate dai grandi. Le testimonianze raccolte diverranno la fonte ispiratrice di personaggi da costruire e di microstorie da portare in scena.

Registration is now open to the laboratory construction and animation of puppets ethnic scheduled from Monday (9) to Friday (20 September) at the site of Arcoiris Onlus (Via Genova 36) in St. Helens.

The course is free and open to children aged between eight and eleven years, is done by the puppeteer of the Society Is Mascareddas Donatella Pau. The initiative is designed to promote “the development of skills in cultural, artistic and creative, as an opportunity for economic growth,” one of the objectives of the project supported by the Foundation WITH THE SOUTH through the “Call History, Art and Culture, 2011″.

The laboratory is divided into eight matches: 9 to 10, 11 and 12, 16, 17, 18 and 20 September from 16 to 19.

The participants, new members and children of different communities rooted in the territory, already involved in previous activities of the project, will have the opportunity to work with recycled materials to make puppets, theatrical figures and objects. The purpose of the course is to stimulate students in small sense of belonging and identification with the cultures of reference. Through the suggestions of narrative proposed by the curator of the course will be evoked personal memories or images that characterize the country of origin, but also legends told by the great. The evidence collected will become the source of inspiration for characters to build and micro to take the stage.
