LA VIA DELL’ARGENTO – DOMENICA 2 MARZO 2014THE SILVER STREET – SUNDAY MARCH 2,2014

Nel cuore più selvaggio del Sarrabus, dove la presenza dell’uomo è quasi assente, riscopriremo un’antica via mineraria utilizzata sino ai primi del ‘900 per collegare i numerosi giacimenti argentiferi della zona.
Nonostante siano passati più di cento anni dalla sua costruzione, il sentiero si presenta in ottime condizioni con le sue massiciate imponenti.
Il sentiero segue il corso del Rio Brabaisu sino alla sua confluenza con il Rio Ollastu, regalandoci spettacolari panorami sulla valle e le aspre montagne circostanti.

Attenzione!! Attraverseremo il fiume Brabaisu a piedi nudi (a causa dell’alto livello del fiume) portare asciugamano !!

Attenzione!! Faremo una traversata ( il punto di partenza e di arrivo sono diversi) sarà quindi possibile partecipare solo con il pulmino.

Despite the passage of more than a hundred years after its construction, the trail is in excellent condition with its impressive massiciate.
The trail follows the course of the Rio Brabaisu to its confluence with the Rio Ollastu, giving spectacular views of the valley and the rugged mountains.

Attention! Brabaisu cross the river barefoot (because of the high level of the river) bring your own towel!

Attention! We will make a crossing (the point of departure and arrival are different), you can then participate only with the van.
