LA CAMMINATURA – LANUSEI – DOMENICA 5 MAGGIOTHE CAMMINATURA – LANUSEI – SUNDAY MAY 5

L’associazione turistica pro loco di Lanusei con il patrocinio del comune di Lanusei e la collaborazione di: comune di Gairo , Ente Foreste della Sardegna, Corpo Forestale di vigilanza ambientale, associazione  Lanusei, corpo vv.f. distaccamento Lanusei vi invita a partecipare alla 9 a edizione di Camminatura giornata di sensibilizzazione turistico ambientale.

PERCORSO TRA TERRA E CIELO  ……LUNGO I SENTIERI DI  MONTE TRICOLI

PROGRAMMA:

ORE 8:00 RITROVO DEI PARTECIPANTI nella località “Sarcerei”, a quota 900 metri s.l.m., .lungo la SS. 198 Lanusei- Seui al Km 84, fronte cantoniera Anas, dove si potranno parcheggiare le automobili. Un’equipe composta da medici e docenti di attività motorie darà brevi spiegazioni sulle tecniche per affrontare al meglio i percorsi a piedi e come trarne il maggiore beneficio.

Ore 9:00 PARTENZA DELLA CAMMINATA Gli specialisti e i volontari Pro Loco accompagneranno i partecipanti durante il tragitto che, dalle sorgenti del Flumendosa si snoda lungo sentieri all’interno di boschi di lecci secolari, tra i profumi dell’elicriso .Sul percorso sono presenti diversi punti panoramici da cui lo sguardo può spaziare a 360 gradi dal Golfo di Arbatax alle scogliere di Baunei fino a punta la Marmora e I Tacchi d’Ogliastra e il Monte Ferru. Durante il tragitto si faranno brevi soste per poter apprezzare le peculiarità dell’area. Il percorso della durata complessiva di 4 ore, è di media difficoltà, salvo alcuni tratti in cui è richiesta una discreta agilità e scarpe adatte.

Ore 13,00 RITORNO A SAN COSIMO presso la base Elicotteri del Corpo Forestale Regionale e del Vivaio dell’Ente Foreste, dove sarà servito il pranzo a base di prodotti tipici locali.

ORE 15:30 INTRATTENIMENTO MUSICALE Dalle ore 15:00 sarà possibile visitare il VIVAIO REGIONALE DELL’ENTE FORESTE, assistiti dai migliori maestri ogliastrini della disciplina.   La partecipazione a CAMMINATURA è libera ma per una migliore organizzazione è indispensabile la prenotazione per il pranzo, che deve pervenire entro le

PATH BETWEEN EARTH AND SKY …… ALONG THE PATHS OF MONTE TRICOLI

PROGRAM:

8:00 MEETING OF PARTICIPANTS in the locality “Sarcerei”, at an altitude of 900 meters above sea level. Along the SS. 198 Lanusei-Seui at Km 84, front cantoniera Anas, where you can park cars. A team of doctors and teachers of physical activities will give brief explanations on the techniques to face the best motorcycle routes and how to derive greater benefit.

9:00 START WALK specialists and volunteers Pro Loco will accompany the participants during the journey that, from the sources of the Flumendosa winds along trails in the woods of oak trees, the scents of the eternal. Along the route there are several vantage points from which one can enjoy a 360 degree from the Gulf of Arbatax to the cliffs of Baunei to Punta la Marmora and The Tacchi d’Ogliastra and Mount Ferru. Along the way we will brief stops to appreciate the peculiarities of the area. The path of the total duration of 4 hours, is of medium difficulty, except in some places where it is needed a decent agility and shoes.

13.00 RETURN TO SAN COSIMO Helicopters at the base of the Regional Forestry and the Forest Nursery, where lunch will be served based on local products.
