Dall’11 al 20 luglio al TRIGU di via Corte d’Appello 27, Cagliari, la terza mostra del ciclo “Keep up the good work”.

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK propone un ciclo di mostre personali di artisti emergenti il cui lavoro sta attirando interesse critico e consensi anche a livello nazionale. Il terzo ospite del progetto curato da Marco Peri, è il pittore Nicola Caredda.

Nicola Caredda è nato a Cagliari nel 1981. Si forma all’Accademia di Belle Arti di Sassari e intraprende un percorso di ricerca pittorica indipendente e singolare, piuttosto appartato rispetto ai movimenti più frequentati dagli artisti locali della sua età.
Caredda trascende la realtà usando un linguaggio onirico-visionario, crea immagini ossessivamente dense di particolari che mescolano elementi provenienti da vocabolari espressivi lontani, producendo suggestioni esaltate da un’indecifrabile carica enigmatica.

TRIGU è un esperimento di coworking nel centro storico di Cagliari: artisti, architetti e designer condividono uno spazio di lavoro e uniscono le loro forze per creare uno spazio pubblico di confronto sulle arti. Su questa base nasce KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, progetto a cura di Marco Peri dedicato all’arte visiva contemporanea, per incoraggiare il lavoro degli artisti, per regalare alla città un’opportunità di incontro e provare a comprendere meglio i tempi in cui viviamo.

From 11th to 20th July to Trigu by the Court of Appeal of 27, Cagliari, the third exhibition of the “Keep up the good work.”

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK proposes a series of solo exhibitions of emerging artists whose work is attracting interest and critical acclaim at the national level. The third host of the project curated by Marco Peri, is the painter Nicola Caredda.

Caredda Nicola was born in Cagliari in 1981. At the Academy of Fine Arts in Sassari and embarks on a search path pictorial independent and singular, secluded rather than to the movements most frequented by local artists of his age.
Caredda transcends reality using a language of the dream-visionary, obsessively creates images full of details that blend elements from distant expressive vocabularies, producing enigmatic charm enhanced by an indecipherable charge.

Trigu is an experiment in co-working in the historic center of Cagliari: artists, architects and designers share a workspace and join forces to create a public space for discussion on the arts. On this basis, born KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, a project curated by Marco Peri dedicated to contemporary visual art, to encourage the work of artists, to give the city an opportunity to meet and try to better understand the times in which we live.
