Sono 40 le foto spettacolari che Simone Sbaraglia, maestro di fotografia naturalistica, espone per questa sua prima mostra cagliaritana: deserti del sudovest americano, immense pianure africane, distese ghiacciate dell’Alaska e vaste paludi della Florida.

Un viaggio alla ricerca di attimi di bellezza, da custodire come testimonianza preziosa di un mondo naturale in pericolo. Una chiave di lettura forte quella trasmessa da Sbaraglia, un tentativo di recuperare ed apprezzare lo splendore della natura che ci circonda, troppo spesso dimenticato. Il progetto Immagini dal Pianeta Terra, esposto già a Roma e Palermo, viaggerà prossimamente in tutta Italia per giungere poi all’estero.

BIOGRAFIA
Simone Sbaraglia è un fotografo naturalista professionista. Quarantenne romano, con una formazione da matematico, dopo aver lasciato un prestigioso lavoro di ricerca negli USA, rientra in Italia nel 2005 per dedicarsi a tempo pieno alla fotografia. Da allora viaggia costantemente nei cinque continenti per documentare la bellezza, l’armonia e la fragilità del nostro pianeta, nella speranza che possa essere preservato per le generazioni future, ed ha realizzato reportage sulle specie ed ecosistemi a rischio di estinzione in Nord e Sud America, Europa, Canada, Alaska, Africa ed Asia.

Le fotografie di Simone Sbaraglia hanno ricevuto i più importanti riconoscimenti internazionali. Oltre al Campionato Italiano 2012, Simone ha vinto per due anni consecutivi (2012 e 2013) il Primo Premio al Nature’s Best Photography e Glanzlichter. Le sue opere sono state esposte, tra gli altri, dallo Smithsonian Natural History Museum di Washington D.C., dal Science and Technology Museum di Seattle, dalla Lennox Contemporary Gallery di Toronto. Esibizioni personali e collettive del suo lavoro si sono tenute in Italia, Francia, USA e Canada.Images from the Planet Earth

40 photos are spectacular Simone , triumph , master of nature photography, exposes this, his first exhibition Cagliari : the deserts of the American Southwest , vast African plains , icy wastes of Alaska and vast swamps of Florida.

A journey to find moments of beauty, to be preserved as a precious testimony of a natural world in danger. A key to the strong transmitted from Outperform , an attempt to recover and appreciate the splendor of nature that surrounds us, too often forgotten. So says the curator Simona Scalas

The project Images from the Planet Earth, already exhibited in Rome and Palermo, will travel soon to arrive in Italy then abroad .

BIOGRAPHY
Simone , triumph is a professional nature photographer . Roman forties , with a mathematician by training , having left a prestigious job search in the U.S., he returned to Italy in 2005 to devote himself full time to photography. Since then travels constantly across five continents to document the beauty , harmony and the fragility of our planet, in the hope that it will be preserved for future generations , and has produced reports on species and ecosystems at risk of extinction in North and South America , Europe, Canada , Alaska, Africa and Asia.

The photographs of Simon Outperform have received major international awards. In addition to the Italian Championship 2012, Simon won for two consecutive years ( 2012 and 2013 ), First Prize in the Nature’s Best Photography and Glanzlichter . His work has been exhibited , among others, the Smithsonian Natural History Museum in Washington DC, the Science and Technology Museum in Seattle, the Lennox Contemporary Gallery in Toronto. Solo and group exhibitions of his work have been held in Italy , France, USA and Canada.
