“ Il Mare Produce”
Nell’area portuale di Buggerru verranno allestiti 5 stand dove si somministreranno svariati menù dai sapori di mare , nella data di sabato 26 dalle ore 12,00 verranno degustati oltre 10 primi piatti a base di pesce tipico di Buggerru come ricci e asparghi , carciofi e bottarga , allo scoglio , ed altro… domenica 27 verranno degustati oltre 10 secondi piatti solo a base di pesce come fritture pesce , di ozziaras , zuppa di pesce , grigliata di pesce , pesce spada arrosto , ed altro…
