I RICCIAI DI SU SICCU TASTING SEA RICCI FROM SU SICCU

Sono rimasti in pochi i ricciai di Su siccu, ma è comunque una sosta piacevole, anche un po’ divertente. Sono sempre più numerosi i visitatori dei chioschetti alloggiati nel praticello verde, con l’aria di mare. Certo, l’allestimento potrebbe essere migliore, con qualche comodità in più.
Ma forse è proprio questo il fascino: potersi sedere senza impegno e con poca spesa gustare questi squisiti frutti del nostro mare. L’essenziale c’è: un tavolino in plastica, un piatto di una dozzina di ricci appena aperti, un boccalino di vino bianco e dei panini. Il prezzo di una dozzina, compreso vino e coperto, è di soli 5 euro. Poi c’è anche un “piatto composto” con una buona porzione di fettine di bottarga, insalatina di polpo, per chi le vuole, ostriche, a 8/10 euro tutto compreso. Il servizio è a tavolino. L’allestimento al coperto è molto spartano e per la sera c’è anche una grossa stufa per riscaldarsi. Non è il massimo per chi sia alla ricerca di raffinatezze, ma intanto si può stare anche all’aria aperta, far scorazzare cani e bambini e respirare un’atmosfera un po’ naif, fra gente che lavora. In tempi di crisi, è un modo per godere di certi sfizi al prezzo giusto.

Un’abitudine, del resto, a Cagliari molto gradita che ha trovato un riparo e una sua accoglienza. Le persone più avanti in età ricorderanno infatti le signore in pelliccia che mangiavano i ricci sotto la furia del maestrale del Poetto, in piedi tra le intemperie, ma non rinunciavano alla prelibata vivanda. Adesso, almeno, si sta un po’ più comodi.
