Il Mercatino di Natale degli Champs-Elysees è uno dei più suggestivi, inserito nel celebre vialone alberato che taglia la città di Parigi. Il mercato si estende dalla rotonda dei Campi Elisi fino a Place de la Concorde, dov’è situata una maestosa ruota panoramica, per concludere la passeggiata fra le bancarelle con una spettacolare veduta sulla città. Questo Mercatino di Natale è ideale per gli amanti dello shopping, che possono unire gli acquisti agli stand con quelli più canonici ai negozi sul viale.

Mercatino di Natale alla Tour Eiffel
Immancabile a Parigi è il Mercatino di Natale sotto la Tour Eiffel, che si svolge negli ultimi giorni di dicembre, fra Natale e Capodanno. Nulla di più romantico che una passeggiata in pieno clima natalizio, tra luci, colori e suoni del Natale, nella città dell’amore e sotto il suo simbolo più bello…

Mercatino di Natale della Défense
Nel quartiere ultra moderno della Défence, nella grande piazza sotto il Grand Arch, il bellissimo arco moderno in cristallo e ferro che rappresenta il fulcro del quartiere, viene allestito il cosiddetto Arche de Noel, il più grande Mercatino di Natale di tutta Parigi.
Si parla di un’area di circa 10 mila metri quadrati, in cui sono ospitati oltre 350 châlets di espositori da tutta la Francia e da buona parte dell’Europa. Il contrasto che qui si crea fra la modernità dei grattacieli e la tradizione del Mercatino è veramente unica e affascinate, tanto da renderlo uno dei più visitati di tutta la città.  L’area si tinge di magia con bancarelle di decorazioni natalizie e idee-regalo, oggetti etnici e in lana, dolciumi e leccornie di ogni tipo e da tutte le regioni francesi. Tra le molte prelibatezze, sono assolutamente da non perdere i panini in cui viene fatto colare il formaggio fuso.
La caratteristica fondamentale di questo Mercatino di Natale è la capacità di proporre oggetti di tradizione ma anche design moderno, in linea con l’architettura del luogo.

Mercatino di Natale di Place Saint Sulpice
Dal 10 dicembre in Place Saint Sulpice si trova un importante Mercatino di Natale (Le Village du Père Noel). Tra artigianato e tradizione, i visitatori passeggiano in mezzo agli chalet di legno posti sul piazzale della chiesa, magari sgranocchiando una delle straordinarie specialità gastronomiche proposte o sorseggiando altrettante bevande tipiche. Il tutto si svolge in una scenografia davvero molto ben curata, giocata sul blu e sull’argento, in un luogo ricco di storia nel cuore del Quartier Latin.

Mercatino di Saint Germain des Prés
Nel sesto arondissement a Saint Germain des Prés, non lontano da Nôtre Dame e dal Quartiere Latino, sono allestite 25 cabine in legno che creano un autentico angolo di atmosfera natalizia in pieno centro città, di fronte al bar Les Deux Magots e vicino al Café de Flore.

Ci sono Mercatini di Natale anche in altri quartieri parigini. C’è un Mercatino di Natale specializzato in arti e mestieri sulla piazza della Cattedrale di Nôtre Dame di fronte alla splendida chiesa. Nei distretti di Montmartre, Pigalle e Trinité c’è grande attesa per il Marché de Noël che si terrà sulla Place des Abbesses. Altri Mercatini sono previsti in Place de la Nation, alla Tour Montparnasse di fronte alla Gare Montparnasse, a Gare de l’Est e nei giardini Trocadero.

Marché de Noël de Montparnasse – Fino a fine dicembre l’appuntamento per gustare i buoni prodotti regionali  è presso il mercatino di Natale di Montparnasse. Tra le bancarelle della città potrete trovare tante golosità dal miele alle marmellate, ai salumi passando per una buona selezione di vini e di formaggi.

Marché de Noël, Gare de l’est – Il delizioso mercatino propone al grande pubblico una vasta scelta di decorazioni e di tessuti e per i più golosi la scelta è tra dolci tradizionali, bretzel, pane alle spezie, cioccolato, fois gras, vino, grappa. Davvero da non perdere. Il mercatino si terrà dal 5 al 17 dicembre 2012.

Quest’anno per la prima volta Parigi propone un alternativo Mercatino di Natale, che rompe davvero con qualsiasi altro precedente e risulta completamente fuori dal comune: è il MINT, le Marché International de Noël Tropical, un Mercatino di Natale ambientato nella calda atmosfera dei Tropici!
Il messaggio che si vuole trasmettere è che il Natale non è solo una festa invernale, ma è la festa di tutti coloro che la vivono con coinvolgimento, si trovino essi ai poli o nei paesi tropicali. E, anzi, l’idea da sottolineare è proprio quella di una festa gioiosa, dell’esaltazione della libertà e della voglia di vivere, sapore che il Natale assume proprio nei paesi caldi.
Lo scopo della manifestazione è ricreare a Parigi un vastissimo Mercatino di Natale che riassuma tutte le esperienze del Natale in regioni come i Caraibi, ma anche in Africa e in altre destinazioni tropicali. Un super Mercatino quindi, dove trovare un variopinto mix che spazierà dall’artigianato all’abbigliamento, dai gioielli alle spezie, ovviamente con la presenza di tante deliziose proposte gastronomiche.
Gli espositori saranno 150, provenienti da 45 paesi dell’Africa e dalle principali destinazioni francesi d’oltremare, Caraibi in primo luogo. La sala espositiva coprirà oltre 5000 m² di superficie, che spazieranno in più di 8 settori merceologici, dalla moda all’arredamento: più di un centinaio di idee regalo in stile classico o contemporaneo, presentate in una programma magico e inaspettato.

Mercatini di Natale fuori Parigi
Si svolgono anche dei Mercatini di Natale fuori Parigi. Tra i più importanti, quello di Versailles e quello di Eurodisney. Al Disney Village, oltre a scenografie di luci e colori, si possono trovare specialità gastronomiche e prodotti di artigianato, con il valore aggiunto di avere a disposizione a pochi passi tutte le attrazioni di Disneyland per trascorrere un sereno e divertente periodo di feste natalizie assieme a tutta la famiglia.

From December 10 on the Place Saint Sulpice is an important Christmas Market (Le Village du Pere Noel). All this takes place in a setting very well cared for, played on the blue and silver, in a place full of history in the heart of the Quartier Latin.

In the sixth arondissement in Saint Germain des Prés, close to Notre Dame and the Latin Quarter, 25 wooden cabins are set up which create a small piece of Christmas atmosphere in the city center, in front of the bar near Les Deux Magots and the Café de Flore.

There are Christmas markets in other districts of Paris. There is a Christmas market specializing in arts and crafts on the square of the Cathedral of Notre Dame in front of the beautiful church. In the districts of Montmartre, Pigalle and Trinity there is great expectation for the Marché de Noël to be held on the Place des Abbesses.
