From hip hop to dubstep, rock, electronica more extreme: the three days of TATTOO CONVENTION CAGLIARI, housed in the Hotel Setar and conference center dedicated to the world of tattooing, they will see on stage a musical offering extensive and varied, with bands Local and guests from the mainland. And as a special guest is coming one of the biggest names in the national rap scene, Bass Master.

The musical event, organized by Charles Tattoo Convention Article staff Cagliari, bands and DJs take the stage each evening concerts on the new area created specifically for the event.

Saturday, August 25, the second day, space to hip hop with Cagliari KILL MAURY & ROBY LOST with DJ CUTFAB, Yodha, JOLIE ROUGE. In the closing night performance of pending BASS MASTER.

Giuseppe Melis Bion AKA AKA Jolie Rouge is a rapper, beatmaker and producer from Cagliari. He began as a breaker and writer in 2001 and two years after his debut with the participation in the project “The ghost town” of the emerging group La Kasbah, with whom will work in the years to follow. In 2005 he founded the Knock-Out Force, with which he made two years after “Rubbish”, a concept album from the atmosphere and contained well characterized that also sees various artists island holdings. The work gets different appreciations of the rap scene in the island and the group makes several live appearances opening the boxes in Turi, Bassi Maestro, Kaos One, Ensi, Truce Klan, Metro Stars and others. Rouge are currently working on new original material and one of the groups and Boomstate BeTrue Movment. In live is flanked by Scrap, rappers and hardcore bands bassist of My Own Prison and Rise After Defeat, and Robz5hit, electro producer dubstep of Cagliari.
The music of Jolie Rouge is a blend of classic hiphop contaminated by different infuenze, with lyrics that refer to the criticism of the current system, the culture of image and flattening of the world of youth culture.

Cagliari has a career in London, now lives in Milan. Turntablist of national fame, has participated and won several national contests. Producer and DJ covers different genres such as dubstep, grime, electro, hip-hop, drum & bass and beyond. Always looking for new sounds, not only creates a single musical style but always original DJ sets, influenced by different experiences and ideas.

Maurizio Pala, alias Kill Mauri, has always cultivated a passion for music. Born in 2003 as a beatmaker, a few years later began playing rap. Since 2006 he has personally signed various releases and collaborations with local artists. Among the most important “Goodnight Jack” in 2011, and the recent “The Abyss” in which over refine techniques and concepts of the Italian scene, working with names such as Brown and Prime Aban. For 2013 it is expected the first official album, released under the pseudonym of Restin Pees.
He will be joined on stage by Lost Roby, a member of the scene sulcitana / Cagliari: artistically born in 2005 with various projects, mostly related to the crew and URTOSARDO URTOGANG. Published his first solo album in 2011, “Sun and Dark,” which contains the singles “Madness”, “recourse” and “A lights out”, for which they were made videos too. Robi is currently engaged in recording the new album.
On stage, alongside Kill Mauri Lost and Roby, DJ Cutfab.

BASS MASTER (www.bassimaestro.com)
David Bass, Bass Master in art, was born in Milan in 1973. He began his career of dj and producer at a young age. In 1998 he opened in Milan on his first recording studio, the Press rewind studios. During these years he has collaborated with artists such as La Pina, Sottotono, CorVeleno, Mondomarcio, Fabri Fibra, Club Dogo. In 2000, after producing jingles, mixed and acronyms for Radio Deejay and 101 Network, leads Sottotono along with the program “In the whirlwind” of Italy Radio Network. From 2002 onwards, also deals with pop and house music productions, working with disks Syria, Tricarico and Alexia for which he produced various remixes. In 2003 he participated in the Sanremo Festival in Syria accompanying song “Love Is”, written by Lorenzo Jovanotti. Since 2004 he produced the first album MondoMarcio, Virgin and Warner worked for the first official projects of Italian rap and reggae artist produces albums Babaman. Currently it has made over 10 solo albums, including “Group Photo”, “Class 73″ “The Last Witness” and “Hate”. In these years, Bass has consistently maintained its occupation of DJs, working as resident in Milan and penisola.Tra in 2008 and 2009 leads to the channel Sky “Hip Hop TV”, the “Open Mic”. Recently, signs the official Italian version of the single “La la song” by Bob Sinclair and implements the program abbreviation “Deejay called summer” led by Ben Savino. Over the past two years, Bass focuses its interests on the American landscape, extending the DJ sets and productions overseas: he plays in some of the most famous underground clubs in New York and Chicago and worked for the likes of Coolio, Rakim, Busta Rhymes, Talib Kweli, MOP, Joell Ortiz, Jim Jones. It also cooperates with the historical group The Beatnuts which is currently the official DJ on tours worldwide. In December 2010, released “Music that touches you,” his last album produced by DJ Shocca, positioned at the top of the ranking Italian official iTunes for a week. At the time the profession of David Low is divided between Italy and the United States of America, including recording studios and DJ sets, between official and underground music productions.
On stage the Tattoo Convention will be accompanied to the dj console Zeta.
