Amici ed Amiche siamo lieti di invitarvi ad una nostra ONE NIGHT *privata*, che per la notte di Halloween si svolgerà all’ Hotel Sardegna e sarà dedicata ad un pubblico adulto, OVER 30.
Una festa che sancirà il count down dell’inaugurazione del nostro VANITY FRIDAY della settimana successiva a questo evento : venerdì 8 Novembre al Greta’s.
Quindi questo VENERDI vi aspettiamo all’ HOTEL SARDEGNA!!!

Per poter accedere al party bisogna acquistare la prevendita sia per l’apericena delle 21.00, sia per il party che iniziera alle 23.30.

Il PRIVATE PARTY si solgerà in questo modo :

- Ore 21.00:: Apericena (in prevendita con 2drink e il party) dove potrete gustare le sublimi e abbondanti pietanze preparate dallo chef dell’HOTEL a base di selezionati prodotti di stagione in una magica atmosfera.

Mernù CENA BUFFET ::::
• Cestini di pane misto, con grissini e pane carasau
• Antipasto misto del pastore (selezione di formaggi con le composte di frutta, prosciutto sardo al coltello, salumi sardi e olive, crostini al lardo di Colonnata con miele pepe nero e noci)
• Coni di frittini caldi di terra (fiori di zucca, foglie di salvia, verdure di stagione, funghi) e di mare (calamari, polpettine di baccalà, gianchetti)
• Strudel con funghi e prosciutto e con verdure di campo
• Quiche Lorraine
• Pinchos\tapas di salmone e guacamole
• Mix verdure crude
• Fregola sarda alle delizie di mare
• Trofie al pesto con filetti di carne affumicata
• Insalata di pollo grigliato con germogli di soia e tofu
• Girello di manzo con pinoli, uvetta, pomodori pachini e menta
• Frutta fresca di stagione
• La panna cotta fresca al caramello
• Mousse al cioccolato

- Ore 23.30:: il PARTY (in prevendita con 2drink)
Con i nostri affidabilissimii DJ Sandro Murru, Matteo Marocchino, Ale Soriga e JFK che vi intratterranno sino a tardi con le loro esperienza e professionalità..

Il VANITY FRIDAY è una serata creata dal nostro gruppo organizzativo per un pubblico esigente che desidera trascorrere una serata piacevole over 30.
I nostri drink saranno serviti con prodotti di primo livello e per i piu’ esigenti ci sara’ la possibilità di poter prenotare l’apericena tavoli Privè in diverse zone del locale, con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Friends and friends we are pleased to invite you to our ONE NIGHT * private *, which will take place on Halloween night at ‘Hotel Sardinia and will be dedicated to an adult audience, OVER 30.
A celebration that will mark the opening of our countdown VANITY FRIDAY of the week following this event: Friday, November 8th at Greta’s.
So this Friday we look forward to ‘HOTEL SARDINIA !!!

To gain access to the party you have to buy the presale for both apericena 21:00, and for the party that will start at 23.30.

• Baskets of bread mixed with bread sticks and carasau
• Antipasto shepherd (selection of cheese with stewed fruit, ham knife Sardinian, Sardinian salami and olives, croutons with lard with honey black pepper and walnuts)
• Cones frittini hot ground (zucchini flowers, sage leaves, seasonal vegetables, mushrooms) and fish (squid, codfish patties, whitebait)
• strudel with mushrooms and ham with vegetables and field
• Quiche Lorraine
• Pinchos \ tapas of salmon and guacamole
• Mix raw vegetables
• Sardinian fregola to the delights of the sea
• Pasta with pesto sauce with fillets of smoked meat
• Salad of grilled chicken with bean sprouts and tofu

• The fresh panna cotta with caramel

The VANITY FRIDAY is an evening created by our organizing team for a demanding public who wish to spend a pleasant evening over 30.
